Hobby Lobby — Local services in Gardendale

My favorite thing about this store is it does not get cluttered when they are stocking. Their employees know where everything is located. The people that work here are courteous and most of the time will walk you to the correct aisle and point out the item you are looking for. That is beyond my expectation and I appreciate it and always let them know. I detest asking an employee where something is and getting sent to the wrong place. Don't be in a hurry. This store is known for only one register being open At most two. Don't expect to rush in and rush out it won't happen. I love hobby lobby, great products and usually a good supply of items but customer service here stinks. I've asked the same lady in different trips for help or where a item. Was located. She was rude and annoyed that I asked her while she was working. At first when I asked her she ignored me so I walked around the aisle to get closer and asked again. Hobby Lobby is a great all purpose craft and and decor store. This location is always neat and they have a great selection of art and craft supplies. They keep the store well-stocked, and the staff has always been helpful when I've needed assistance. The frame shop also does great and speedy work at a reasonable price. My mom loved the painting I had framed for her. They have 30%-50% off sales regularly and the 40% off coupon is always available to use on any non-sale item.
