My experience was very poor this evening. I use to enjoy coming to this location years ago, but since then, it has went way downhill. Granted, the store is mostly clean and has RECENTLY started having more stock available, but the cashiers made me go from what would have been a 3 star review to 1. I was standing in line for 20 minutes, patiently waiting . I was next up in line when the cashier looked at me and told me sorry, this lane is closed now. His light was still on and there were many people standing behind me for about 15 minutes. I explained to him that I had been in line for 20 minutes and he never said anything until I was up next. He told me sorry, but Iām still closed. What I donāt understand is why did you wait u til I was next, after I had been in line for 20 minute tea, with your lane light still on, to just THEN tel me you are now closed? I had to switch to another lane next to me and had to wait yet another 15 minutes. I didnāt even bother speaking with the manager as I had already been there long enough and didnāt think anyone would listen to me other than the other customers. The light should have been turned off 20 minutes prior and he should have notified everyone in the lane that he was closing and who his last customer would be. I was patient enough to deal with the line in the first place knowing everywhere is short staffed, but this situation is ridiculous. Definitely lost a customer. Come...

I was inquiring about a refill I thought I had left, he began yelling at me on the phone telling me to read my bottle and it will tell me there was none left. Now I was on my lunch hour so I could not make it in the store . Then he started lying saying" I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU I TOLD YOU THERE WAS NO MORE REFILLS, he wanted to make it appear from his end that I was arguing with him. This type of person does not deserve to work in a public place, if he cannot take a question then he has some serious issues. IF THIS IS THE PHARMACIST, HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! When I asked for the manager he told me she was off. So when I got back to work I immediately reported his uncivilized behavior to the store manager Nick.
