Flava Catering — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

Normally when we order, Our food is ready. Today 10/2/24 was a different story. We called the order in at 4pm. I gave it some time and went to pick the order up around 4:30 even though she said 15 min. I get up there and the order wasn't ready. I went outside to let my husband know because he forgot his phone. The person accepting payment behind the bar was gone. The cook was steady placing the orders on the bar but she wasn't around. People are coming in now to pickup their orders, and she finally comes in from outside on her phone stating she sorry for making us wait but she was taking care of business. I had a chance to visit with my friend on a Thursday night for Karaoke, once there I really enjoyed myself. I met the owner Ronda and her husband very nice people. Stayed after the restaurant closed talking. I had the salmon bites very delicious it's been 6 days later and I am sitting at work wishing for some. I pray this establishment prosper. This was my first time visiting and was not aware of what to expect! The customer service was impeccable ! Boodah assisted me as I entered and ensured I was comfortable explained everything to me ! I truly appreciate it ! The food was amazing and the vibe was extremely comfortable and relaxing ! 10/10...
