As a small business owner, it is difficult to find someone to trust coming into your business and basically giving them the "keys" to all of your systems, servers, hard drives and passwords. I called to hire WeldonPC yesterday afternoon at 3:00PM to come on-site to fix a network problem we were having. Weldon responded via e-mail and phone within 15 minutes. He came in the next morning to get my new computer installed on my network. I consider myself pretty computer savvy, but I just couldn't get this new Win 11 Dell to communicate with all of my other Win 10 computers, hard drives and printers. Weldon diagnosed the problem quickly and then went ahead and installed all of my shortcuts, mapped network drives, and several printers within our prearranged time-frame. He is very professional, courteous, and conscious of my time while customers were coming in while he was working. I am generally pretty knowledgeable with computers but was stumped when mine started ticking and it wasn't the power supply at first I took it to microcenter's service department and they said "there was nothing wrong with it and there was nothing they could do" and never looked any deeper into the issue I felt rushed out of there and it still wasn't working so I took it to Weldon's instead and they actually took their time and looked into it until they pinpointed the issue they kept me updated on it very well, let me know what components were faulty and how to prevent something from happening to my computer again they worked tooth and nail until it was up and running again and were very kind about it 10/10 customer service they even adjusted my cables so it was easier for me to work on from home incase something went wrong THANK YOU...

I bought an old Eee PC online, mostly for nostalgia. I had one years back that I had given to my daughter, who then gave it to a friend and so on... Kristy answered my emailed questions regarding the product and was very helpful. She even sent additional photos of the laptop as per my requests. Once I placed my order online, she sent me another email confirming shipment and included the tracking number. The laptop was packaged very carefully and even included the power adapter. It was everything I hoped it would be. Very clean and even though it was marked "as-is" I didn't find anything wrong with it beyond the normal wear for a laptop that is 15 years old.
