Take 5 Oil Change — Local services in Garfield Heights

I been going to take five for years but I quit going because the service was gotten horrible but today July 17th 2023 I was driving by on turney road n decided to stop glad I did there was three males working the first one greeted me with a water name Maylk kept apologizing they will be there soon as possible I waited for at least 20 minutes but the manager he was limping n still hustling trying to get all those cars out in a timely manner then I met William he did my oil change very respectful n knowledgeable about my car clearly they need more help but never once complain these 3 men are the best and take five better keep them around !!!!!!! and they all deserve a shout out and a raise$$$$ II wish I was undercover boss because I would have taken care of them for life!!! these kind of workers you keep around keep up the good work guys and Hopefully Take 5 paid you great and get you some help up in there soon thank you very much for your kindness today I will be back !!!!! There were two workers visible when I showed up. There was a car in bay 2 and they immediately brought me into bay 1. Both of the employees were helping the other car, and after at least 20 minutes of sitting there with no one helping me, I heard one of the employees tell the other car that they didn’t have the oil their car needed and they were going to Auto Zone to get it and left. Shortly after this, a third employee came out of the bathroom, and started assisting me. He was extremely hard to hear/understand because he spoke so quietly, I had to keep asking him to repeat what he was saying. He did the whole oil change by themselves, and didn’t check my air filter or make sure my tires were at the appropriate pressure even though the receipt said they did so. All I saw them do was top off the washer fluid and change the oil/filter.

Thank You , Thank you, Thank you. I finally went to a Take 5 with great customer service. I got there around 6:30 pm. I want to thank both of you guys for taking your time with my car, you changed a filter that I did not even know I had. Both of you guys were AWESOME!! So if you want great Customer Service and Superb work go to the one in Garfield HTS on Turney rd., they take their time and do not rush. I went to the one in Bedford the day before they were very rude I called the general manager he never got back with me. Then I went to the one in Solon.. Got there at 7am I sat there until 7:30am they never showed up. Still no call from General Manager. Once Again thank you Take 5 in Garfield Hts on Turney.
