Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Garfield Heights

It's been 12 Days!!!! On 2/17/24 my pizza order was scheduled for pickup at 8:34pm. Upon arrival I noticed that the store was closed! It's Saturday night 👀👀. What pizza store is closed on the busiest night of the week?! I called the following day in hopes to speak to a manager. I would of loved to have my pizza order made a day late with possibly some bread sticks added for my inconvenience. The manager was not available. I asked when the store manager would be in. They asked for my name and number and they would have him call me. After I didn't receive a call on the 19th, I called their corporate office. The customer representative also tried to call the store and he there was no answer. The courteous representative (Eli) assured me that a regional manager would be contacted and I should receive a refund that day. Nothing! I called the 22nd,26th, and the 29th. It's been 12 DAYS already! Stop brushing off your consumers! This is a Franchise store. The owner needs to do better! If they are careless enough to close when their sign and online service says their open. Then they are extremely disorganized behind the scenes! I will not spend my money where I'm not appreciated. When the people refuse to support them financially. Reckless franchises like this store will have an opportunity to treat their customers with respect and give them the great service they are entitled to. We The People...

There is so much to say about this place .. I can't believe it's still being operated the way it is. FDA & State Health agencies need to observe this location... My time visiting for take out from here in the last 4 years was my last. The first time, as I stood in the lobby and watched this unprofessional circus of a business operate, I noticed the cashier without uniform nor any shoes on. Then I looked in the back at the food station a staff member was messing with his dreads, then I watched him go right into grabbing cheese without washing his hands or even putting gloves on. At this point, I had to watch my food being prepared as I told the so-called manager of what I witnessed. My second visit there was out of pure desperation, but I know what I was going to look for and behold ..(I have pictures & video) A female this time playing in her phone then goes right into grabbing cheese no hand sanitizer no gloves no washing.. that was it for me, it's really sad that post Covid-19 regulations that were in place aren't standard for the food industry no gloves or masks were being used by anyone I saw preparing food for customers.. contamination is disgusting and can hurt those with weak immune systems, and this point isn't being upheld by this company nor the food industry.. I came in around 7: 30pm I place the order too hot and ready 20 minutes went past and my order still wasn't ready I actually in the front how much longer she told me she didn't know if I asked her if she can go in check for me she went to the back grab somebody else food gave it to them and said nothing to me I asked her again do you know how long that's going to be she said the food is in there now I said what do you have a time limit she said no I said well can I have a manager because I would like a refund I've been here too long for my food to just be getting started he looked and he walked back to the back he said nothing so I asked her was that the manager she was just talking to it was a white guy with long hair she said I guess so I screamed in the back can somebody come up here and give me some customer service this is horrible right now he come running from the back screaming if he was going to harm me but I have my gun on me so he needs to watch his attitude with customers because this time he was lucky it wasn't somebody other than me who would have shot him.
