After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here.
I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. He tried to speak/answer English a while I was speaking in Vietnamese. Broken English, rude and obnoxious! I ALWAYS get my jewelry clean for free BUT he want to charge me! From the time this business open until now, I spent almost 100K, not counting my mother and sisters. There are MANY jewelry stores in Garland so if you go here, speak to the wife/owner or her daughters. This husband NEED to learn proper English and when customers speaking in Vietnamese, answer in our native language for God sake! 😡 😡 😡 😡 Will we spend anymore money here?...
