I recently walked in, to get one of my suits pressed, because they can do same day. I walked around, and noticed a couple other designs of the same suit that I wear, and decided to pick one up. I was hesitant at first, because the color wasnât exactly what I wanted, but it was close enough, and I knew I could swing it. Went through all the measurements, grabbed a shirt, and a nice pair of shoes. It was my birthday the following week, and I was told they could have it ready for the same day, at three in the afternoon. I called prior to arriving today, just to make sure it was ready, and they said that it was. I got off of work, and I drove on over to the location to pick it up. Upon walking in, I tried on the suit, and it didnât fit. It was extremely tight, there was still pins in the fabric, and markings on the fabric. They didnât even finish it. I was supposed to wear that suit tonight, for a birthday dinner, with family who had come in to town. Luckily I have a back up, but I asked them if they could fix it, and they started immediately. After about 15 minutes, they said it will take a little while, and they were closing in less than 30 minutes. I didnât have time to wait, so I grabbed my trousers, walked to the back and handed it to one of the managers and said in a low voice, I have to go, if you guys can just take care of this I will come back some other time to pick it up. I just donât have time tonight. As Iâm walking away, he said to me, how about you come back here, and we act like adults. I turned 30 years old today, Iâm not a child, I donât deserve to be spoken to that way, especially when Iâm walking into a business, to spend my money. It was extremely disrespectful, so immediately, I turned and looked at him and I told him to watch his mouth. I said, that is no way to speak to a customer, when I am being extremely polite, and giving you another chance to fix your mistake. He then told me that I was yelling, and which if I were to ask any of the customer standing in the front, none of them would say that they could hear me. At this point I was furious, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, and never return. Of all days, my birthday, I decide to purchase a suit, and then be belittled, and disrespected in a place, where I spend a lot of money to get tailored suitâs. After walking outside, I decided I would contact corporate, but I wanted to grab my suit and take it elsewhere. The cool thing about Menâs Wearhouse, is they offer lifetime tailoring, and lifetime pressing. I spoke to the manager upfront, and I explained my concern about the manager in the back room. I politely asked him to grab my suit, and he offered to help me finish it and try it on, to which point I told him absolutely not and I will never return to this Menâs Wearhouse. If you do decide to go here, ask for Tony. And stay away from Juan. Tony knows exactly what you want, and though the Tailor who originally tailored my suit was not there tonight, the other Tailor was more than happy to help. He was also the master Tailor, but unfortunately even then he couldnât get it...

Read moreDON'T USE THIS LOCATION! The store manager, Alex, is a pretentious and arrogant egotist who doesn't care about your safety or your opinions. 2 months ago, I got fitted for a suit rental, and noticed after I finished that the doorknob on the fitting room I was in was broken. I let an employee know about it. A month later when I came to pick up the suit, they gave me a different fitting room to try it on, and I checked before going in to realize it was also broken. I checked 2 or 3 other fitting rooms (including the one i was in last time), finding both broken, before the employee showed me to a handicap fitting room that did shut. But at least 3 or 4 fitting room doors at this location have broken doors that do not close. I voiced my concerns to the shift manager who told me they had all known about the broken doors for a while and just nothing had been done about it. He didn't seem to care too much, so I asked him if I could get a phone call from the store manager. The store manager (Alex) never called me, so I went to the store when he was there, and he basically just told me "don't worry about it, I requested it to get fixed", and started talking over me so i couldn't get a word in. I asked if he could prove to me that he requested the doors to get fixed, but he refused (probably because he didn't actually do so). If anyone from Men's Wearhouse higher up than Alex sees this, I would appreciate contact information so we can discuss this further.
UPDATE 1: Don't let their reply to my review or anyone else's fool you. I emailed them as they requested and weeks later no one has responded to me. I also called the 800 number about a week ago and was assured at the very least I would get a call back within 48 hours with an update. They still have not contacted me in any way.
UPDATE 2: less than 5 minutes after I posted the 1st update, I got a call from Alex telling me the corporate office told him he has to give me a refund for the rental. I still have no updates on the state of the fitting room doors, but at least that's...
