Spencer's — Local services in Garland

I have never been more disgusted with this company as I am right now. I’ve been in to the Firewheel Store a few times in the last 2 weeks and these girls have been without air conditioning in TEXAS!!! They are trying to stay cool with units they have to stand in front of and it’s almost 90 degrees in this store!! The door is opened and closed so many times a day they are an outside store and have zero cool unless they just don’t move!!! Other stores have closed down because of this no air but Spencer’s isn’t closing its doors to protect their associates. The mall is at fault for this issue but no one understands that these Young girls are STUCK INSIDE A SWELTERING BOX!!! Do something, I know the poor girls have had nose bleeds and been sick to their stomachs but they can’t just NOT go to work and lose their...

I made an original purchase in the Garland/Firewheel Town Center store on 12/19/2020 and was provided on my receipt a "survey", pointed out by the cashier. The cashier provided that if I do the on-line survey I would receive a 20% coupon to use on my next purchase. I did so.

When I attempted to use the coupon in the store 12/23/2020 I was told by several clerks the coupon was an on-line only coupon. When I explained what I was told by the cashier who also checked me out originally she said oh well.

Needless to say, I wasted my time doing to survey.

I'm very disappointed in the staff...

Done with them. They will not let me return my items I purchased just the day before. I got the wrong items and they would not let me return them whatsoever. NONE of them are opened at all and its clear to see that and I specified that to them. It has their name and their seals. Very disappointed. They already charge out the A but that is so much money to just brush off to be whatever. Their workers are either on drugs or just dont care to be productive and do their job...
