Normally Chick-Fil-A's are the benchmark for fast drive through service and courteous treatment from the staff, but on the evening of January 23, 2025 this was not the case from one of the Managers at this location. After several purchases of some of their soup at this location, my wife finally felt she had to call to question why the soup at this location is far inferior to the other locations. There was mostly broth with 1-2 noodles and vegetables, and it was not hot soup. In talking to one of the Managers she asked about the temperature of it because every time she has purchased it at this location, it is barely warm. There are health guidelines for soup temperatures restaurants must maintain. My wife asked how someone can serve something that clearly was not up to standards. In asking about the consistent coolness of their soup the Manager said "I can't spend all night talking about the temperature of our food" , when my wife asked for her name, she hung on her. My wife called back several times and nobody answered the phone, with it finally going to a voicemail, that was not set up, clearly she was not willing to answer the phoneNeedless to say, we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered breakfast on their mobile app at 10:25. I ordered the chicken breakfast burrito. I arrived at 10:32 and suddenly get a notification after I checked in that my order was cancelled. This was a surprise to me considering I ordered it prior to breakfast closing. At this point I pull up to the window asking for an explanation of why they would cancel an order that was made prior to breakfast closing. All the lady told me was sorry nothing we can do, have a nice day. I know for a fact they could have simply made the food considering it was 2 minutes passed breakfast closing when I actually arrived and the order was made before breakfast closed. The main frustration in this situation for me wasnāt that the order got cancelled but that they refused to make it right. The employee was very short with me and just kept refusing to do anything to help. Very disappointing but I will not be stepping foot back into this chick fil A until their awful customer...

The manager, who was very nice, explained that company policy is now four "pieces" of egg. Not a whole egg, pieces. He said the pieces are cut by humans and asked how many I'd received. I'd already chopped up the salad. The egg pieces were so small who knows if I received four?
I appreciate the manager's candor. Still, I have to say that when paying more than $10 for a salad with egg, I expect a whole egg or at least hefty slices. Apparently, I am not the only one. The manager admitted other people have noticed the skimpy egg portion and...
