I love love love Ellen and her quaint bookstore. If you are a small bookstore lover, this place is for you. It's in the historic part of Garrettsville and the brick architecture just adds to the old world ambiance. There's an excellent selection of books for a great price and Ellen will go out of her way to help you find what you are searching for even if she doesn't have it in stock. There's also a really cool case of some older rare books behind the counter- fascinating stuff. Ellen not only has local author signings, but she also plays the harp in the store for special events! I was visiting my niece, as she attends Hiram College. I love to go to used bookstores to find treasures, especially classic leather-bound books. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of books I could choose from. There was also a nice amount of used books of more modern literature.
