The absolute worst and dairy Queen I ever went to. I've never been so disrespected and so in humiliated in my life. I go to all kinds of dairy Queens I do all kinds of reviews. This place gave me five drinks and a four cup holder and it's built all over my vehicle. So I tell her at the window of a drive-thru I need some napkins and then I asked for very politely why would you put five drinks in a four cup holder she slams a window so I get out of the van and I ask for the phone number for the district manager they refuse to give it to me they threatened to call the police. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Totally totally the absolute worst absolutely worse I have almost 4 million views on all my reviews and this place I will never go again. This is the worst review I've have ever given. I go out six to seven days a week eat and try different restaurants all the time this has been the absolute worst customer service. The manager lied to me telling me that he was the district manager. It was just so just bad all bad I also drive a lot of Amish people and I didn't know a lot of Amish people so I've told a lot of them about this they're going to lose some business and I hope they enjoy it. I would never wish that on anybody but like I said this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.. if I could give them a negative two I would. I was on my excursion to my humble abode, before I crossed by this establishment. My tribe and I ordered our respective meals, our vibes high, unsuspecting of the doom that lied across our paths. Had we known what would have occurred, we would have rerouted to an alternate watering hole. I, being the sweet tooth of the group, ordered a chocolate chip blizzard, small in size. The place was mass hysteria! I thought I had found myself in Dante’s Inferno, the place was so miserable! After patiently waiting for eons, I had received the blizzard in question. While eating thy blizzard, I enjoyed it, I must admit, until I reached the bottom. Upon reaching the bottom, I had found what some may consider a sexy surprise, and others, a nightmare. What appeared to be a pubic hair was lying on the edge of my spoon! The horror! I immediately raced to the disposal bin and removed the bio hazard. Now, you think I would learn from my mistakes, but alas, I was hungry and (mistakably) hopeful. I returned the following day, and this time ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard, as well as a small fry. Once again, I was with my tribe. We all ordered relatively small meals, and were patient and understanding. 25 minutes later, we had received our respective meals. I am absolutely furious with the service at Dairy Queen. Our food was not only significantly late, but when it finally arrived, it was completely wrong! We ordered specific items and received a mess of incorrect and subpar substitutes. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund for this abysmal experience. I am beyond enraged with the recent service I received from Dairy Queen. After waiting an unreasonably long time for our order, we were appalled to find that it was filled with the wrong items. This is a blatant display of carelessness and disrespect towards your customers.
