This Taco Bell is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME I have gone to this restaurant our order is messed up and/or items are missing and/or they are out of items to prepare said order(s), AND I have had to drive back to pick up missing items, or they place a "note" for my next visit to replace them since I already PAID for them. My favorite experience (total sarcasm) is when at 9:29pm I ordered a party pack of tacos and was told (while being yelled at) "Ma'am, we're not making that; we're closing." I left and happily drove to Ravenna's Taco Bell and was able to get what I wanted. Another experience at Garrettsville Taco Bell (glutton for punishment I am, after I said I wouldn't go to this place again) I SPECIFICALLY told the cashier to use the gift card first, that had $15 on, and then my credit card. The cashier "Oh, it took it all off! (meaning the gift card) (I was like, hmmmm) upon inspection of my receipt, she NEVER used the gift card!!!!!!!!!!!! Then, to my total boycotting experience of this place... my husband started to place our order and (yes, he stumbled over his words a little but corrected himself) ..sidebar: I now say, "tea with no sugar" to actually get UNSWEET tea. If I say, "unsweet tea" they only hear 'sweet' tea; if I say it "tea with no sugar," they usually say, "you want unsweet tea" ... YES!! So, husband says; "sweet tea with no sugar" and the rest of the order and she paused him to talk to someone in the store and then asked him to repeat his order. He corrected himself saying; "tea with no sugar" and Cashier says; "like tea to drink?" He says; "yes, a tea with no sugar in it." Cashier; (mind blown) is questioning what he wants. I, in the passenger seat, said "A tea with NO sugar, you know, an unsweet tea that you drink." Cashier; (yelling at me) "Ma'am, there is no reason to raise your voice." My husband completed the order and the cashier struggled to understand any dang part of it...we ordered #'s with NO special items on or off of the specific order numbers. I made my husband drive away. Who knows WHAT they would have done to the order.... but this Taco Bell is a JOKE!!!!!!!! BOYCOTTED!!!!!!! I'm done with foolishness. And a 1 star was one star TOO MANY for this foolish...
Read moreSat in line for 20 minutes, fine. Ordered a taco/burrito box (4 crunchy tacos and 4 5 layer burritos) and asked for no sour cream on the burritos. I stopped here on my way home from work which is 30 minutes from this location....I called to let them know I waited 20 minutes in line and my order was messed up but before I could get to that she interrupted me to say the long wait time was due to training. Ok, I get it. When I told her about the sour cream not being omitted from my order she said come back and we'll fix it (she didn't for my name or order number btw) Ok, that's fine too. When I gave her feedback that if they're doing training and they see an order ticket that clearly states "no sour cream" and they don't read the ticket then maybe training isn't going so well. Immediately she freaked out an hung up on me. Let me be clear, I'm not a jerk and was very nice while talking to her. If this is the treatment I get as a paying customer I will never go to another Taco Bell ever again. There is absolutely no excuse for the way she acted especially...
Read moreI have never seen such a joke of a staff in all my life. It was like watching the 3 stooges. From the time I ordered to time I got my food exactly 20 mins had passed. One who was putting meat on tacos kept harping on speed. One girl was doing 3 jobs and she had no time for customers waiting to order. The darker haired one didn't know what he was doing, couldn't keep an order straight and had more time to play with the guy putting meat on tacos. Th drive through cashier stood there with thumb up rear barely moving or speaking to anyone. If I filmed it the whole ordeal would be a comedy show. How do you stay in business. While we waited people just pulling up to drive through were being served before us. One guy was told to use the kiosk she didn't have time to take the order. It was ridiculous and no organization at all. Unreal you' very lost our business. Good luck...
