First they didn't have my medicines in stock, neither one. Its a breathing medicine, and considering how many were affected by covid you would think they would have it on hand. They said come back monday, I ordered it on saturday.
It took till wed before the medicine came. But the price was wrong, I had a coupon from the manufacturer. I called up the coupon place they said that cvs typed the number wrong.
Fine, I went back the next day, pointed out the mistake, and what did I find? They ordered the wrong medicine. Now the only reason they looked was because the insurance didn't pay for it. If this was a pill I would have taken home the wrong thing. And now i'm waiting again for it, they said it will be the next day, I guess I will see, I sure hope I get it. Its really incompetent. Not to mention they changed one of the companies on my prescription, where I had coupons ready for it and couldn't use them.
When I gave that store a poor review on a survey, the manager contacted me in my email, didn't say he was from CVS. I told him what i'm saying here now in the email, and I still haven't gotten an answer back. And I sure won't call him.
Its a pharmacy, they always had my medicine in the past. What if I had no medicine at all? They went downhill. I probably should have tried walgreens. All I know is I have to go back there for a 3rd time, when it all should have simply have been there the first time.
(A week later) - So an update of what happened, I waited the allotted time, called them up and they said once again, they didn't have my medicine. They didn't even know if that was a size they could even get. Then told me a store in Linden had it, but they can't ship it from store to store. And I told them - if Linden has it, then the size exists, then told me to wait till monday.
Which I didn't, I went to the near by walgreens which I really should have done in the first place. While they didn't have it either and they had to order it, it came. That's it, they ordered it, they got it right the first time.
Its like the CVS staff is going out of their way to wreck CVS or they hired a bunch of clowns. I don't know what happened over the last year when I used someone else, but this place is...
Read moreThis time took the cake! Over the last 2 months I have had terrible experiences at this Pharmacy. The first 2 involved automated service telling me my prescription was ready and when I go to get it... Oops, It's not ready, ""Do you want to wait?" Last night I actually spoke to the Pharmacist who said my new prescription was ready and come and pick it up. Of course when I got there I was told it was not ready. What?? I just spoke to someone and they told me to come over that my prescription was ready. Sorry they must be working on it. Do you want to wait? Of course, I left my dinner waiting but really had no choice so there I sat. 25 minutes later, I went to the counter and asked about my prescription. Sorry it's not ready. Do you want to wait? I demanded to speak with someone. She was kind and promised they would work on it. Do you want to wait? OMG Why oh Why did the Pharmacist on the phone tell me to come here?. That it was ready if it wasn't. This manager (? ?)said they were so busy, sorry. CVS, this is not my problem. This is the mantra of this place but not my problem. Hire more employees to service your customers! This person spoke to the other Pharmacist and walked over to a box filled with prescriptions. It looked like they were finished and waiting to be placed in the giant wall behind the counter. There was my prescription, the first one in the box..It was done and sitting there the whole time. OMG! What is happening to this world? The counter person obviously never really looked for it or didn't believe that someone told me it was ready you can come. But what has happened to customer service? The answer is not always to wait. Maybe you need to go above and beyond to get the job done. Like look in the place where they put recently finished orders! I really didn't believe any Pharmacy could be worse than the other large chain on South Ave. But it's true! Now I will be looking for a small, local place. I bet there they would just walk over to the Pharmacist and say "the lady you spoke with is here". Instead I was told to wait over and over. I was made to fell like a non entity and told to step aside when it was already done! At this...
Read moreworst experience of my life at a CVS. Norma Jean at the register and honestly a racist woman. Already keeping an eye on us since we started to shop. If I could give a zero I would. My partner pays for his items in the self checkout lane and there’s a glitch that says we need assistance. Mind you he paid for his items and received a notification of the transaction. We try to explain that to Norma Jean and she completely goes “ No. You didn’t” and kept repeating that. Threw his items back into the basket and put them behind the register. Doesn’t even acknowledge what we even said. We have to go back in line and we try to explain to her that we already paid for his items. She then again says “ no, the transaction didn’t go through” despite us showing her the bank statement and email receipt from not even 5 minutes ago. We had to provide her with the receipt number so she can go “check” and then comes back and doesn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she was wrong. All while the manager pokes her head out and doesn’t even come to help out with the situation. She starts to go one by one reading the items on the receipt and placing said items inside the bag. Then says “ how does this item say taxable item” “ how did you do that” in an accusatory tone. We told her that we scanned it and that’s what it came up as. Once she scans the item it literally matches the price of the item. She can’t even look us in the eye at this point because she knows that she’s wrong. At this point I didn’t even want to purchase my own items because I’m fed up. I call the store to inform the manager and all she said was “ I’m sorry, I’ll talk to her” over and over again. Never again shopping at...
