Purchased a refridgerator that does not work. After a week having this refridgerator for a week we realized it doesn't work. We have a receipt with a date of warranty date of 2/12/17. They offered to come get the refrigerated and bring out another. The other is a much less of a refrigerator with much less options on it. The original was a 2015 kenmore stainless steel with ice and water dispense on the front. They replaced with a Samsung 2010 with no extra options. When the owner was here delivering I stated I wasn't sure I liked the refridgerator and the man stated he was NOT returning it to his wearhouse. I stated that was ok I understand not hauling it back that we would bring it back to them for our refund. He stated he was absolutely NOT refunding and left the old and new refridgerator here and said he did not like the way I was talking to him and was leaving. When they delivered the refridgerator last weekend they tore our vinyl flooring under the fridge. When they arrived to deliver today I forewarned them that last time the floor got torn if we could be a little more careful this time. As they went to take the original purchase he lifted it up and tore the floor right in the middle of the kitchen as well as knocking our walls while coming through our foyer. I am very dissatisfied with this business and was told we were absolutely getting no refund even if we delivered these back to them.    Read morePurchased an almost $800 range from this store. I was told there is a 1 year warranty on my purchase since the unit was "brand new". I bought the stove for use at a rental property. Upon installing I noticed the back legs of the stove were damaged due to a dent. The dent caused the leveling kit to be ineffective. I was not able to install the anti-tip bracket because of this. I called 2 days past my 30 day "warranty" which was not conveyed to me at time of purchase. Took 5 days to get in touch with the owner, who claimed I reached out a week after my warranty expired. My phone records indicate otherwise. These stores are located in low-income neighborhoods and are no better than the rent-a-centers, taking advantage of the residents. Do not shop here. You can get a way better deal shopping lowes or home depot. I bought from here simply due to convenience.

Upon installation the washer wasn’t hooked up correctly which caused renters carpets to be flooded throughout the night. As the property owner I contacted the company to let them know the issue & was giving the owners phone number. When I contacted him to let him know the washer wasn’t installed correctly which caused flooding in the home & caused damage to the carpet, he told me he would NOT come out to soak up the water that had flooded our home but would “fix” the washer. If the washer would’ve been installed correctly by his employees we wouldn’t be having this flooding issue. He stated he wasn’t responsible for the carpet but would fix the washer. This is bad business & very unprofessional when the issue was the installation & now we’re stuck with a possible carpet cleaning bill because of a mistake they made.
