To begin my first visit to their store, they spoke negatively of the previous customer. I did not feel that was very professional. Then I attempted to initiate a trade. They advertised that they do trades in their Facebook ad, but they do not. They wanted to purchase my product well below spot (in my case 5% below around $200), and then sell me a product 3% to 5% around $125 to $200 above spot. That is not a trade. A trade is where like goods are traded for others based on their similar buy/sell premiums + a small profit for the dealer, (which I was prepared to pay). The next bullion item we discussed, they offered me 72% of melt, ie $1,000 on a coin that melts for $1,400. Unbelievable, and greedy. This is a coin shop that works with wide profit margins for themselves. They are not a bullion dealer with a fair buy/sell spread.
