Southern Collective — Local services in Gate City

Bought a sweater with a misleading size tag. Looked like it was circled as Large but it’s circled as Large/Extra-Large. Tried returning it for store credit and they said “they couldn’t” after 14 days. Very disappointed a small local store couldn’t do that. $50 went down the drain because it’s too big to give her. Tried to be a good community member and buy local when I could get the same sweater for half the price online. A horrible experience at this store. First, they don’t come across as friendly if you are not local. I always try to support small business but this shop didn’t seem to want my business. I purchased a shirt and realized it had a hole under the arm once I got it home . They would not honor an exchange . They were very rude when I explained I was from out of town . The shirt was way overpriced but I liked it but they should at least let me exchange it instead of being snotty and...
