Allsup's Convenience Store — Local services in Gatesville

My mother and I had been on the road for hours and we stopped at her favorite allsups where she fuels up every week. We purchased fuel and went in to use the restroom. The restroom had a sign that said closed for cleaning but we checked to see if anyone was in there cleaning still and no answer so we went to use the restroom. We both suffer from IBS so holding it for very long is not possible when we have to go. The employee named Charlene came in verbally abusing my mother and being extremely rude telling us to use the men's restroom that was full of men or to use the competition's restroom across the street. I will never go to this particular allsups again. I am absolutely disgusted by the way my mother was accosted by this employee and if that is Allsups policy to treat their paying customers this way then allsups will be losing all of our...

This place offers the absolute WORST customer service of any convenience store. Take your business elsewhere. THREE different times i have had people walk away from me, FOR NO REASON, other than to help someone else. I am done! If you can't treat all customers with respect, Cefco and Stripes (7-Eleven) will. I had JUST signed up for the loyalty program. If your people aren't loyal to those who make their paychecks possible, then you don't deserve MY LOYALTY!

My husband and I used to live in New Mexico and we loved Allsups flauta's and burritos. Well we moved back to Texas and we had not had any in a while. My husband came home from work last week and told me there were Allsup's in Tx and the closest one was 4 hours away. So we packed up the truck with the cat and made it a road trip to Gatesville.
