Perviously a 5 star review, until we had a cushion rip on us and tried to use our warranty. This man, who had boasted of his ability to get things done, has taken over 8 months to replace our cushion. He has blamed it on the pandemic, as we originally informed him of the default in March. We waited 5 months before contacting him again where he again blamed it on the pandemic and then informed us he had ordered it but thought he ordered the wrong cushion so it would take longer. He assured us he would call us. We never received a call back from him regardless of the several messages we left asking for updates. 8 months after originally informing him of the default and having no messages returned, my husband stopped in the store to see what was going on. He was told again that this was due to the pandemic that we have not received it. When were then told he was doing us a favor. I ask what favor! We purchased a warranty on the piece and are unable to use it as he has informed us he will not work with us. I will NEVER give him any business again. He may have the low prices but it comes with the cost of low...

Tom is AMAZING and so accommodating! Due to COVID and all of the crazy surrounding schedules reflecting it, I had a terrible time getting painters, drywallers, carpet install etc we could not have our furniture delivered in a timely manner. Tom was wonderful; he offered to hold onto our already paid for furniture until we had all of the remodel worked out and was nothing but a gentleman about the entire situation. What an outstanding businessman!!!!...

I recently purchased a queen size mattress from geneseo home furnishings. Not only was the customer service the best that I've ever received in a furniture store, but I also got a great deal. I highly recommend geneseo home furnishings to anyone who is in the market to purchase new furniture. If you live in the quad cities it's definitely worth the drive. I give it five stars and definitely plan on returning...
