I thought since I was paying the high $$$$ I wouldn’t have all the headaches that usually arises when trying to have work done at a cheaper price, wellll not so much! I had a 3/4 bath installed from scratch meaning nothing there at all no plumbing no walls etc. Anyhow the project was scheduled to take approximately 2 months. It began in late May 2023 and was finally totally finished mid December, 6 1/2 months later. The bathroom did turn out nice that’s why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 buttttt getting there was a nightmare . Between the miss and non communication between project manager and employees, the delays constantly happening because of mistakes being made, then the employees sometimes not even showing up when scheduled, parts and materials either ordered wrong or not at all, one employee starting a job, say framing and then sending someone completely different to finish it up causing more problems, pushing me to get the bathroom painted as per our contract only to find out they made a major drywall mistake and destroyed my paint job fixing it including the ceiling, which meant more work for me, the unprofessionalism of their employees discussing company employee complaints and problems with us and the discussions of other customers projects and how they were having problem’s and complaints . It was a daily soap opera with them. I’m really surprised it turned out as good as it did. The only reason it did is you don’t give final payment till the job is too your liking. So there’s that! So yes I do have a nice bathroom? But it was hell getting here and very expensive. So I would suggest going elsewhere if you plan on spending $$$$. Update: We recently built a new home and Village Home Stores played a huge part in this. From start to finish, the team who assisted us (Jim, Brad, Keri, Craig and staff) were phenomenal to work with. The selections in cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, tiling, and appliances were endless and included an array of price ranges, and they were extremely helpful in guiding us to choices that would suite our wants and needs. Our team was friendly, knowledgeable and kept in good contact with us either by phone or email throughout the process. The products are working out great in our new home. Village Home Stores have extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful employees. Seth, our salesman, did a great job explaining the appliances we purchased and was very helpful answering our questions along the way. The men who installed the refrigerator and range were efficient and careful during the installation process, which we really appreciate. Josh, who installed the dishwasher, did an outstanding and completely thorough job; he is sure knowledgeable with his skills and friendly to talk to. We have bought from Village Home Stores before this purchase, and will continue going to them for our appliance needs in the future. Thank you!!

We were very impressed with our designer, Angela. From the first meeting with her, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Angela presented multiple options for replacing our kitchen cabinets. Her knowledge of all the items was impressive. She took photos of our kitchen, then placed them in an application that displayed what our new kitchen would look like. She continued to let us know that we could make as many changes as possible, which we did make a few. Durian Builders were very good with their workmanship. Tradesline Finishing, Black Stone, Accurate Electrical & Tier One contractors all were very respectful of our home, and exceeded our expectations. They all cleaned up after every day as well. Maurey and Cole kept our project moving as best they could. Cole prepared the work area so very little dust would penetrate into our living areas. Maurey handled any and all questions and problems that arose. While Maurey had many other projects to handle, but he worked to satisfy our questions in a timely manner.
