Meghan is the BEST!!! I ordered flowers off the internet for my wife yesterday, the online company used Jeff’s flowers in Jefferson, Ohio. After wife received them she called me and said thank you. I asked her how they looked? . I said be honest, she said I would not use Jeff’s Flowers again. I said the online company picks for you; that I had no control over it. Wife said; half of the flowers where like half dead & some of the flowers had broken pedals on them, also had like 2 stems in the vase with no flowers on them. I tried calling Jeff’s flowers 2 times once at 1:04pm and once at 1:26pm; they would not answer the phone so I called the online company and told them I am not happy; they were very nice they gave me a full refund, Jeff flowers called my wifes work and said we will be back to pick up the flowers at 6pm, I was told they came in with an attitude and very rude and took their flowers, (I refuse to pay for junk flowers). First thing this AM I called Meghan and told her my story, sent her 2 pictures of what I was looking for to give her an idea, told her no roses because they die so fast, she went to work on them. At 11:30am my wife sent me a picture of her new flowers from work she said she loved them; they are beautiful flowers and thanked me. I am very happy with Bouts and Bouquets Flower Shop, I will be using them from now on for all my flower needs!! I will never order flowers with a online company again Thank...

Really disappointed in this place. I initially chose this flower shop because it’s close to home and has really good reviews. But a week before Mother’s Day I go into the shop to ask them to make my wedding bouquet & boutonniere but the lady said they were too busy right now since Mother’s Day is over the weekend and she asked me to come back the following week. So I did, a different lady wrote my name & number down & said they would call me to schedule a meeting with me to get details of what I want then we can get prices figured out (why couldn’t that have happened the first time?!). Now it is after Memorial Day and I called them up to say hey no one ever called me to set up a meeting to design my wedding bouquet and boutonniere and the lady on the phone says they are not accepting any more wedding arrangements for this year!!! I told her the story in summary and expressed my disappointment for such bad customer service and communication. Shortly after Katie calls me to tell me she is the one I originally spoke with and apologized for not communicating with me as she thought she did. Ordered a boutonniere for homecoming, but I ended up changing my outfit so I went back to change the flower and ribbon. It was about a week left until homecoming so i figured they still had time. The morning we pick it up we see that the ribbon and leaves are black. When we had went back the second time I had asked for a light gold and picked out the specific ribbon. They were able to cover the black ribbon nicely, but the fake leaves were still black. I no longer had any black in my outfit so I asked if they could change or cover them up somehow. All they had were these cheap looking sparkly gold leaves that they very quickly glued on. The gold leaves were smaller than the black, so there was still some visible black edges. The lady tried to reassure and said "I think the black makes it pop", at this point we just pay and go home. We ended up just taking the leaves off because the black was not matching.
