This is place you need to go. I had taken my laptop in because it was slow and sluggish and it was driving me crazy. I had taken it somewhere else first and got it home and experenced the same thing. After spending a frustrating 12 hours working on a project, I gave up and called Click Computers. It was New Years Eve and I wasn't expecting much. However, I was surprised. He said bring it in. There were quite a few people there and everyone was dealt with cordially. He called me at 5:00 still working and asked me if he could keep it for the night. After all, keep in mind, it is New Years Eve. He had it ready for me on New Years Day. I picked it up. Got it home and was still having a bit of a problem. Again I had a project to work on. He came over and it turned out it was something I was doing. Would I use Click Computers again? Absolutely!!!!!! Would I recommend Click Computers to my friends and co-workers. YES!!!!!!! This is the way a business should be run by someone who cares about their clients and cares about company brand. I highly recommend Rob of Click Computers. This is my go to computer company! My husband and I are not very proficient in using our computer so when we started seeing messages that said we had all kinds of computer viruses and malware infections and couldn't even get rid of the messages we knew we needed professional help. We went into Click Computers based on the good reviews we read and explained our issues to Kevin. He was very understanding and listened to our concern. We also didn't want to bring in our computer because trying to hook it back up at home was something we were not comfortable doing. Kevin said that he would have one of his technicians come to our house and work on the issues. Jerod came out and was very good about explaining things to us and also cleaning up lots of unwanted programs. The computer was fine when he left but the next day there were still some messages appearing and also the main screen had all changed. Bottom line is that we went back to Click Computers and talked with Kevin again and later that day Jerod had a remote session with us and spent a lot of time going over what we had and what we could get rid of and the computer works great now and we are very satisfied with Click Computers and the kind and friendly people...

I'm friends with Rob Hipp from high school, the founder and former owner of Click Computers. He always used to give me a discount when we took our computers there. The current owner Kevin, cut me a break too, which was really nice of him.

They were attempting to find and recover some files I thought I had lost when I was transferring things from my computer to flash drives. I was deleting things after I put them on the flash drive. They explained everything thoroughly and were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process.

It turned the files I was looking for couldnt be recovered. Or, I was confused about how many folders I had and which ones got deleted. But, I have the answers, and peace of mind, anyway.

Different ownership and lots of different people working at Click's (as I always called it, though I know that's not the name of the place, haha) but same great knowledge and service as always.

I will recommend Click's in a heartbeat and will definitely be back here for any future...
