I’m so picky about Mexican food because I use to live in San Diego and the Mexican food there is pretty unbeatable. Until my husband took me to this little joint in a Shell station I had yet to find what I call outstanding authentic Mexican food and this place is the real deal. Staff here are extremely nice, their tacos are better than the other places here in Georgetown Tx. Prices are perfect, this place is better than Dos Salsas, Mariachis De Jalisco, Salsas, Taco Cabana. Mariachis has hidden fees and does not tell you or advertise their extra charges, and thats not cool. At Chano's the hospitality is right, and the price is too. The breakfast tacos at Chanos meet the need with perfection. When ordered from the menu, the tacos are cooked fresh right in front of you - really fast. And they're good. The entire area is clean and fully functional. They tend to have five or six different homemade salsitas for you to use right there or you can fill little serving cups to take with you.
