I placed an order for several nose rings so I could choose one for my daughter’s wedding. They came so nicely packaged and on time. I chose the ones I wanted to keep and emailed to ask about how to return the ones I didn’t want. I got a prompt and courteous response from Sarena with instructions. A few days later, I mailed them back. The next day I couldn’t find the one I had chosen for the wedding, I panicked thinking I may have accidentally left it in the envelope with the returns. I emailed Sarena and asked if they had found it. She got back to me the next business day and said that as soon as she got my message she found my envelope in receiving and checked, but it wasn’t there. And….she told me to create an account and she would add a credit so I could order a new one (there was only one left in stock!!) and have it ship priority. I was at work, so I hastily ordered a new one and another one just in case the other one was out of stock. In my haste, I forgot to click the priority shipping. I was afraid to cancel the order and re-order because there had only been that one in stock. So, I emailed Sarena AGAIN and explained what happened and to call me and I’d give her my cc number to have the shipping changed to priority. She got back to me first thing the next morning, told me she changed the shipping and not to worry about it. She is an angel!! I got the new ones a couple days before I left for the wedding- and of course found the lost one as I was packing. I will definitely be buying from here again and recommend them highly. I was a CSR for 8 years and can totally spot 5 star...

I have been shopping with BAF for more than 10 years because they are THE FRIGGIN' BEST! They have the biggest selection of jewelry, and they have options for every price point. I usually shop the mid-range stuff, cause I'm a girl on a budget. I have a fairly extensive collection now, and it is because BAF is simply the best jewelry store out there! They ship insanely fast - I usually receive my shipping confirmation email the same day that I place my order. I have purchased some of the lower price-point items when I just needed a basic item, and, well, I get exactly what I pay for. That being said, I absolutely LOVE that they cater to every budget out there, and that shows that they really care for they're customer base, and all shoppers are included and appreciated. I have only had to contact Customer Service maybe twice in the last 10+ years, and the mistake ended up being my own fault - these guys and gals are on top of their sh*t. I just placed an order for my first ever piece from TAWAPA - omg, I am sooo excited! And the only way I was able to make this happen (guilt-free) is because they offer AfterPay as a payment option. Thank you, BAF for always being there and helping me feel like the fancy lady...

Awesome website that sells a really great variety of body jewelry. Definitely look at product reviews when considering jewelry to buy! Most of the pieces I've purchased from this business have been good quality. Read the reviews, as some items are lower quality, or made of materials that may not jive with your body/skin. In my experience, their stainless steel, stone, and glass pieces have been great. I would also say that the septum clickers I've purchased are good quality, affordable, and elegant.

I've been buying from these folks since 2015 and have gotten tons of compliments on all the unique and beautiful pieces I've purchased here. Their service is fast, affordable, dependable, and I really dig the stickers and backings they include with orders. The new sticker design is sick. 10/10...
