Eagles Beachwear #29 — Local services in Georgetown

My family and I are visiting my Mom from Louisiana and decided to stop in to get our kids some souvenirs. The blonde hair sales associate was extremely rude to us. She watched everything my ecstatic children touched and told us "You get four times to squeeze it (pig at the checkout counter) and you have to buy it on the fifth touch." Then, my kids touched the dinosaur also located at the counter and she said, "Don't pull the tab or you will kill the battery." My kids were excited to spend their Christmas money on cool souvenirs, but we left immediately. We are not giving our money to this rude lady or establishment. I hope that this experience does not happen to anyone else. I also hope management talks with her about customer service and how to kindly treat others. This is our go to place for hats, t-shirts and beach wear. They are inexpensive, they have a huge well stocked store and they are always busy. We often have to wait in line to check out, which indicates to me that it is popular, affordable and attractive to large numbers of people. If you happen to drive north on 17 you will find an Eagles store almost on every other block, but we like this one. Eagles was a great surprise! The employees were super friendly and helpful, and the prices were way lower than I expected. They also had a really solid variety of beachwear and souvenirs. The only downside for me was the amount of Trump merchandise, it’s just not my thing. That said, it’s still the best beach shop we’ve found locally near where we stay. Definitely...
