Brought a item that was crystal in a box and when I got it home and took it out it had been broken and glued back together. I went back to the store 2 weeks later to return the item and the manager would not give me a refund or store credit because I waited 2 weeks, even though the girl working there admitted that she had indeed glued it. I couldn't get back any sooner because I had gotten covid. The manager claimed that they do not sell broken items there even after the worker said she glued it. Read moreLast September I consigned 6 art pieces. October I consigned some dresses. I went in December to see what art had sold. I was told there was nothing in my account. No items. They were lost. Everything, no clothes either. They had no idea where they were. Or what I had consigned. I had to go back and get descriptions. I scoured the store and nothing of mine was there. All my things went on different accounts belonging to other people. According to the contract, Good Times is not responsible for lost items! The manager did make good on my items. Read moreUsually don’t do reviews, but I was surprised with my visit to this store. First, it is nice and very well organized. Staff was not very helpful or interested in customer service. I’ll give them a break here since it was about 30-minutes from closing. No worries. The real disappointment was a $5.00 price tag on scratched records. Had 5 picked out then saw the price. Assumed $1 each like every other consignment/thrift store. Ask about a package price or maybe military discount and was sternly told “nope”. By the way, 99 cents on eBay. Oh well.
