Runnings — Local services in Gibson City

I’m not one to give up on a place and probably will just get my dog food there cuz it’s the closest to us. I’m so sad about this place. When it was Big R I would drive out of my way to come here and get supplies for my chickens and always found great deals there. Always used to get my garden plants there too. But no more… it’s not that your product is bad it’s the employees you have working for you at the Gibson city store. Bad attitudes, lazy and uninformed. I was there today and treated like I was a bother and asking too many questions.That’s not the first time that has happened to me. I also observed a cashier not paying attention to the man that was waiting patiently to be acknowledged… when she finally looked up. She told him “ I can’t check you out I’m getting ready to go to lunch” the man smiled and went to a different line. REALLY!? She couldn’t take the time. That’s how you loose business.. crapy employees. I hope there’s a change soon. I never recommend your store like I used to when it was Big R When it was Big R the employees knew the customer and visa versa. Well I normally shop here and get my propane tanks filled here and it's sad to say I probably won't at least be getting propane there till they properly train guys to fill tanks. Went to go get my propane filled today and they only filled both my propane tanks half way. Honestly I think he just doesn't know cause nobody here has ever used the relief valve when filling so I don't think anyone here really knows.
