Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Gibson City

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! GO TO MCDONALD'S!!! We are from an hour away and we were in town for a night at the Drive in movies. We decided to grab some dinner at your establishment and take it to the movies with us. Once we paid over $40, parked and started to hand out dinner to the kids we noticed we were short a chicken strip combo meal, but instead received a SHRIMP combo meal. 😡 None of our kids will eat shrimp!! I called the DQ and spoke with the owner, only to be told all she could do was offer a replacement! I explained to her we were paid n parked at the drive inn and could not leave until the movie was over. (Dq closes at 730pm, And the movie was playing til 8pm) We couldn't leave as we'd have to pay admission again and lose our parking space! I even asked her to credit my card she had on file and she said she wouldn't! She was NOT sympathetic, And hung up on me after I told her I was going to give her a bad review! So here it is...We will NEVER be back to...

Went through the the drive thru and lady taking my order didn’t listen to what I was even saying I ordered my meal with a Pepsi. She never repeated the order back and I told my wife watch they will forget the Pepsi. So we get to the window and she take my card for payment and doesn’t even give me the chance to ask her if my Pepsi got added to the order or to even ask for ketchup she just shuts the window after saying pull ahead and won’t reopen the window. Guy brings our food out and I was like I’m not sure if the lady heard me but we did ask for a Pepsi and we would like ketchup. He made a weird grumbling noise then went back in and came out with ketchup ignoring the Pepsi we asked about so my wife spoke up and said we would like a Pepsi since we asked for it. He’s like it wasn’t on the order so you’d need to either come back in or go around the drive thru and order it. We were in a hurry so we said forget it we just won’t be back...

When we ordered our food, they were very quiet and we ordered combo meals and they did not repeat the order back and they never told us our total there so we had to guess and wait until they told us at the window and then they told us to pull up rudely and didn’t even give us our receipt to check it and we waited and noticed they forgot a drink and we told one girl who brought us our food that we were missing a drink and she got us our drink and then we checked the bag and noticed a fry was missing so we told them they forgot a fry and the manager came out and told us we only had one fry and we stated we got combos and she said on the order we didn’t so we wish we got the receipt to check or if they repeated...
