We recently completed the purchase of a white lab from Sandy. Luna will be our son’s second service dog. I can’t say enough about Sandy’s program with her puppies. We had a great experience watching and participating in the initial development of Luna and her siblings. Sandy‘s program is a unique one with the puppies receiving different levels of stimulation and instruction as they develop and grow.  We love Luna, and are looking forward to the great future ahead for our son and his service dog.

My first conversation and visit with Sandy assured we had a perfect fit in our search for a new beginning in our need for a star service puppy. Her love of dogs, keen sense of compassion and the understanding for a working Service dog made sense with Sandy’s puppy program. The quality of time, friendship, guidance and her professional instincts made this an enjoyable life time memorable journey. Weekly interactive participation with our family hands-on puppy holding sessions elevated the experience beyond expectations. Sandy’s excellence in caring for the Momma and her puppies at her facility really do make dreams come true. Our main wish was granted to fulfill our son’s wishes for a Service Lab requires a team effort. Along with Sandy’s trainers, her passion for teaching, sharing knowledge and awareness to details led us to red collar white Labrador female “LUNA” . Evaluating each development of the puppy stages and including the whole family in this process has been the best experience of my life. Let me tell you a little about myself, and why I'm writing this review. I have not purchased a puppy through Sandy Kochis. I am a special education teacher in Chandler. Sandy works with the volunteer organization Gabriel's Angels and brings her grown therapy dogs (Chief and Mercedes) into my classroom. Her dogs are so well-trained, always clean, and clearly taken care of. My students look forward to her visits and truly benefit from the education they are receiving on how to care for and love a pet, and the social cues they learn from the dogs. The skills they are learning truly do translate to real-life, and my students begin sentences with, "just like the dogs, with people we..." We are so blessed to have her in our class. Now, for the puppies... I wanted to give back to Sandy, for all she's done for my students. I am "puppy-sitting" in my spare time. Knowing Sandy, I can't say I was surprised to see the quality of care her dogs and puppies receive. The dogs have space, and the whelping boxes are immaculate. I was given exact instructions on how to handle the puppies to help them become ready for a life with people, and prepare them from a young age to be handled. She takes all precautions to assure the puppies stay healthy, and pays close attention to each puppies' personality traits and characteristics. Do you want a healthy puppy that is calm and is matched according to your family lifestyle? Are you wanting a dog that you can train as a service dog or therapy dog? I cannot speak highly enough about mylabpuppies! These puppies are beautiful, and the program that is part of the package is stellar! We were included in our puppy’s life the moment it was born. The knowledge that is gained from the beginning stage of desensitizing through the final steps of puppy training is enormous. We fell in love with our puppy through every stage and the laughter that our family shared while participating in these steps left us with a feeling of always wanting to return for the next visit. At last, when it is time for you to take your puppy home, Sandy provides you with continued education in care and feeding. Was devoting the time worth it? Our response is yes, “Duke” did amazing with the transition of coming home with us. The bond that these steps provided proved to be well worth the time that we devoted to the program. You couldn’t ask for a better person to walk you through all of this. Sandy is so supportive, and she really cares about the families and her puppies.
