Lady was either distracted at drive-thru or the speaker mic was malfunctioning as she didn't respond to anything I said and I had to yell for her to hear. And it seems mistakes were made as a result.
The fiery chicken I ordered wasn't supposed to be "loaded", but it was. Instead of a Farmer's burger I received a Bacon Boy.
Even with no line it took over 30 minutes in drive-thru. The car in front & behind me were served immediately at the window, but I had to pull around to park and wait. There's no designated drive-thru stall so I wasn't really sure where to park in the small lot.
The food we received tasted fine, but half of it was not what we ordered. I'd rather go to another burger joint (In & Out, Culver's, etc) for better food & service.
I realize this location is new, but it's a chain so they should have proper training & practice in-place. The fact that nobody was there during a weekday lunch at a new place should have given me the hint. I may try it again, but I'll have to wait a while until...

I ordered a plain hamburger with pickles and ketchup only- repeated it twice just in case and my boyfriend got the Bacon boy. I got a cheeseburger, gross, I did not ask for that. They also didn't cook the fries?? We got like luke warm fries which is nuts. On top of that we asked for ranch and never received it, my boyfriend had to stand at the counter for like 10 minutes just to get helped. And afterwards we realized that they had a box deal going on for the Bacon boy that was never mentioned to us and would've saved us some money for the food we purchased.
Farmer boys deserves better workers than this! This is such a big favorite for me and my boyfriend and this experience was so terrible,, guess we'll be going to the other one that's a little further from us. Only good...

On my first visit, we used the drive-thru. After paying, we were asked to wait in front of the store for our order. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes, feeling forgotten as numerous drive-thru customers received their orders and left.
The second visit was even worse. We went inside for a pickup order and were ignored by the counter staff for the first 5-10 minutes. Eventually, someone from the back took our order, but the wait time was ridiculous—25 minutes for a simple order! During that time, five dine-in customers were served, one to-go order was fulfilled, and the drive-thru line kept moving. After reminding them about our order and still facing delays, we finally requested a refund and left.
