Sip & Shop and Sip Girl — Local services in Gilbert

This was my first time at Sip and Shop. My cousin's wife mentioned that you can have wine and coffee as you're shopping. So after dinner we decided to come visit for someone. The shop is amazing. They have merchandise from local vendors. It's a great place to get unique gifts. There's all kinds of cuteness like clothes, kitchen things, you can also customize hats and shirts and other things. I love the vive from this place. It was very inviting. The bar was located or all the way on the back right. The barista, Delaney, definitely made the experience worth it. She took care of us, and served us wine and mimosas. She shared the history of the store which is the second one and other and events that happen inside the sttore.. I highly recommend you come and have an experience. Definitely go see Delaney. I recommend visiting it at least once. If you're a single woman, this is a great, safe place for you to have drinks, coffee, and lounge. I hope to come back again to this location even though there is another one closer to where I'm staying. So if you are curious about the drinks, they do have lots of flavors for mimosas, margaritas, and meals. Meals. Do have some wine. They also have slushie alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails for those who are pregnant or kids. Lots of flavors to explore. You should come give it a try. They do have some baby...

I gave more than one star because I have purchased something's I liked and attended a prior event here that was a better experience. But on my last visit I found the manger/owner rude. She was not friendly and seemed to have an issue with me asking about something that was posted on the flyer I received through text and email. It's stated ALL drinks were a certain amount during a certain time frame. But we were told only one type of drink was. Maybe I don't know what ALL means or maybe they changed their mind on having them ALL discounted. It really wouldn't have been a big deal but the way she came off I did not like. Also before knowing she was the manger I asked the other young lady working behind the bar and showed her the flyer and she said she'd check and never came back. They both were behind the bar and seem to be very pleasant to the group of ladies right in front of them (not sure if they were personal friends) but ALL customers she feel welcomed and get the same customer service. This experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I opted to not purchase the items I had at the register and left. I won't be back and neither will the person that came with me.

Customer service is key, also don't send out things if the won't be honor when...

I am extremely disappointed that the owner of this store would not honor a gift certificate I received from my son & daughter-in-law for my birthday. It was on Sip & Shop letterhead, but said it was not in their system. They basically stole the amount it was worth from my family!! I will never recommend doing business with someone who steals. Update: So the response from the owner does not make any sense. #1). If the gift card was already used then why do we still have it in our possession? And no matter what your location is, past or present you still received 25.00 of our money. The time line does not matter either. You took the money and will not honor this legitimate gift card. I think it is rediculous that the owner of any business would not want to settle this issue for a measly 25.00. We now realize why nobody else was in this store the whole time we were...
