For starters because 4 moms and I talked and we couldnât find this place and they donât have a working phone, this place is located a couple doors down from Harkins entrance. Park near Harkins and youâll find it. Secondly, do NOT pay for the slime bar. Get the class and hereâs why. The slime bar is literally the kids going down a line and pointing at scent, color and toppings while they watch the employee mix each one. Zero fun for kids. 6 of my friends have come here and all told me the same (AFTER I told them we went) youâre better off buying a kit on Amazon and having loads of stuff for your kids to mix with premade slime. The kids donât get to experience ANY of the mixing. They just point and the employee stretches and adds color, scent and toppings. What fun is that?! NEXT - we went to the class and there was nowhere for adults to sit. They have a wall with shelves and nothing on the shelves where they could have made seating for adults. The girl we had watching over our table was super cheap with the color and scents and we ended up with near white slime. I asked for more and she put one more drop. The table next to us had super vibrant colors. After making slime, kids have to stand in line and pick toppings. IMO they should have 10-12 toppings at the table that kids can mix in and IF they want another one, can go to the bar. Again, no mixing. They lay toppings on top and I was hoping could mix in but they were spraying tables and putting chairs away so they had to take the slime home to mix. There was an Asian young lady employee who was SUPER RUDE. I asked if they could make my kidsâ slime even because they took a lot out of one and not the other for toppings and she snapped at me saying, âumm duh we give you the leftover in a bag to take homeâ What?! Who talks to a customer like that? Also, guess what? My kids didnât get the âbag of left overs.â They also never checked for tickets or waivers. Thatâs a huge risk of a lawsuit god forbid something happened. All in all, I do not recommend this place. Get your kids a premade slime kit on Amazon and buy a disposable plastic table cloth and let them sit down on tile and the plastic cloth and have fun with mixing the slime, youâll spend 1/2 the cost and get double, if not more, at home and actually give them a fun experience. They need to change the slime bar so kids can mix (even if they have to go to the table to mix ) get chairs for adults and have better service at...
Read moreI heard about this place through a friend and thought itâd be worth stopping by but I was wrong. I walked in and thought the idea was cool but it wasnât very exciting. I picked up a few of their slimes and noticed that there wasnât any type of ingredient list to see what was actually in it. I ask an employee if they knew and nobody could give me an answer; not even the owner could. So be careful if you have a child with any type of chemical or dye allergy because they donât even know what theyâre using. The merch, the slime, everything was overpriced. One container of slime was $25, the hoodies are $80, and even the pins are $12-&15 a piece; thatâs not even including taxes. A lot of the employees seemed unhappy and didnât look like they enjoyed their job. Overall this place is overpriced for being what it is (you can buy ingredients at the dollar store and that they arenât paired with a sponsor for their clothing such as Nike or adidas which would then make it worth the price) and not a very friendly...
Read moreWell the experience was fun for the kids the company needs a lot of changes in place. This is a slime store with zero working sinks for guest; I found this insane due to the amount of sticky hands. Plus the sales floor has a bunch of open containers to test out the slime you can purchase but gosh all those hands in containers and no way to sanitize hands. Even the sanitizer at the front desk and front of store were completely empty. Last on the sanitation side; no one is cleaning the tables every one is playing at. Next the 3 poor ladies running the slime area were all alone. Two of them creating slime and one checking out. No one running the check out up front. The store was busy and these ladies had no extra help and were running the front and back of the store! They were very kind but gosh did I feel bad for them. The sales floor was also a bit messy but Iâm assuming thatâs cause of the lack of help. Awesome idea for a company but poorly staffed and lack of sanitation had me...
