Came here for my uncle's birthday dinner. We had reservations and a took a min to find us a table. Once we sat down we waited 20 mins for one of the wait staff to at least get us drinks, but no one came. I asked the waitress that was helping the table next to us where our waiter was(the table next to us came in 15 mins after we did and already had drinks and ordered food). The waitress said she would lol for our waiter and came back and said she didn't know where she was. Luckily another waiter came by to help us and get our drink order and offered us a free appetizer (we had the calamari which was overcooked). He was very nice but we weren't in his section so it was hard for him to keep an eye on our table, which is understandable. We finally order our food, 45 mins later. The food came out after a long time waiting for it. We watched 3 or 4 other tables come in, eat and leave before we got our food. Most of our food was good except the lamb chops that someone ordered, they order in medium rare and they came out over WELL done, we eventually were able to flag our waiter down and he took them back to have the kitchen remake then correctly. They came out again 15-20 mins later and were cooked correctly but the lamb was all gritsle and barely any actual lamb. The waiter didn't charge us for that plate, but after the horrible service and the mediocre, at best, food, we won't be going back anytime soon. Apparently they were "busy" which is just another way of saying "our wait staff isn't very good". Saying you're busy at a place that is always busy is sounds like a poor excuse for not hiring enough staff and/or not training them good enough. Getting bad service is started to be the norm which is weird when everyone wants to be tipped for doing almost nothing. I will say the waiter we did have absolutely did his best and was only hindered by his wait staff team. I wish I got his name because he deserves a shout out! Haven't left a review for anyone in a while but I just had to for...

I don’t normally do this, but truly the worst service I have ever gotten. We came on Tuesday no server or front desk person so after waiting almost 15 minutes we went to a different place and decided to try again another time. Came today, the waiter was incredibly rude. Waited again today, maybe 5 to 10 minutes before someone came to greet or sit us. Did not seem to want us to sit outside, I have a child and it is easier to be outside in case he gets loud or messy. Did not bring us a kids menu or even say they had a kids menu. I ordered spaghetti, which I didn’t want but it’s the only thing my son eats so I was going to share it with him. ANOTHER waitress, not the one who was tasked with serving us, told us that they did in fact have kids menu so I asked to cancel the spaghetti so i could order something for my son and myself, to which our or final waiter was very upset about. He did not speak to us after this, did not offer refills or even ask if we wanted another drink. He did not ask how the food was, basically he did not come back at all I had to call out to him just to get another drink. He did not deliver the check, he had a different waitress bring it to us, and even tried to charge me for the spaghetti! My bill was already $130 without the spaghetti, to have that kind of bill and receive that kind of service is insane. We waited a very long time for both the drinks and food, every table around us was covered in trash/food from previous guests bc which attracted a significant amount of birds (which was fine honestly son enjoyed looking at them) just overall a horrible experience. The food was OK, not anything spectacular- you could make it at home and it would taste the same. Just crazy to me, someone who has been in the customer service industry for 9 years, to experience and feel the need to share said experience. It was a cute restaurant but I won’t be retuning or...

I went here on a date night with my fiance and to start with I got a white peach palmer and it tastes almost exactly like peach rings which was amazing it was so tasty and then they quickly got our order and brought us bread which was also very delicious but nothing outstanding We ordered carpaccio as our appetizer and just the experience of it being brought out was cool and the taste is just something else For the main dishes I'll seperare them

I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and there's Nothing terribly outstanding about the Bolognese sauce but that doesn't take away from how delicious it is it's very meaty which is to be expected with a Bolognese but there is a oniony undertone that really works well with the sauce But overall this a fair typical but nevertheless delicious spaghetti Bolognese

My fiance ordered the Ravioli di Bello and it was Very smooth and creamy it was a very cheesy sauce that tasted heavily of a nice aged parmesan. I've never had Ravioli Di Bello before so I can't say anything to it's being faithful to any prior experience you may have had with it however I can say to me it was a delicious dinner and the sauce works perfectly with the ravioli filing all in all 4/5 would eat it again

For dessert I went with tiramisu which I didn't get a picture of because I really wanted to immediately dig in and it was heavenly my fiance gave it a bite and wanted more but I ate all before he had the chance 🤭

And I almost forgot to mention the service was absolutely incredibly they were so attentive I barely finished my drink and it was already replaced combine that with the quick time that it took to get our food out to us and I can safely say this is one of the best experiences I've...

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE This restaurant cares more about making money than the safety of its guests or the well-being of its employees. One of the worst things I witnessed was a sewage overflow that made the entire place smell like raw sewage and feces. Guests were visibly upset and complained, but instead of closing the restaurant to fix the issue, management decided to keep it open. It was disgusting. It gets worse. I personally saw dishes being washed in a black trash bin because the dishwashing station wasn’t working. When I brought this up to management, they told me, “Corporate said we will remain open. Employees will be asked to wash dishes by hand, and if you don’t like it, you can quit.” When I tried to take pictures of the situation, they sent me home on the spot. It’s clear they didn’t care about health or safety, just about covering it up. These aren’t one-off issues, either. This restaurant has a pattern of poor food handling and hygiene practices. They’ve failed health inspections in the past, and the mess in the back during the sewage incident was unbearable. To top it off, the management treats employees horribly. We were forced to work every single holiday—no exceptions—and pressured to get 4-5 guest reviews every shift just to keep our hours, even when promised to have some holidays off. The work environment was toxic, and the food doesn’t even make up for it. It’s overpriced, mediocre, and honestly, not worth the risk to your health. I can’t believe this place is still open. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. You’ll save your money—and avoid a potentially horrible experience. **I’ll add pictures below to show how the restaurant is ran***

My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary, made a reservation, it was a weekday, we were excited. We arrived, they sat us immediately. It took 15 mins for our server to come to our table. We ordered drinks, she dropped the drinks and disappeared. Then after 15 mins she came back to take an order for appetizers. I wanted to remove mushrooms from a plate, she said no. She came back with the appetizers and bread. We finished the appetizer, waited, until she came back to take the entre order. At this point the entrée felt so far away from the moment we arrived to the restaurant. Finally we got the food, was added to the table, not removing the bread basket, bread plates and the appetizer plate. The table was full with used plates. Soon after serving the entrée, the server gave us the bill, “no rush”. We felt it was too soon, we were about to start eating, she didn’t offer desserts or even a refill. We finished the meal, still with all the previous plates on the table. The food was ok. My husband liked his Brio pasta. My risotto was soaking in oil, literally a corner of my plate has only oil. We were so disappointed, terrible service. If they were under staff, it would have been helpful a heads up about it, so we can have different expectations. This felt like a Dennys type of fast food service for 3 times the price.
