Second time I’ve been in a week. The boba drink is tasty, I must say. The first time our drinks were messed up, asked for one to be redone and were given attitude by Chloe. Mind you, it wasn’t busy at all and both of the drinks were messed up but only asked for one to be redone. The second time I ordered two coffee drinks. It wasn’t until I had already paid and they were getting ready to begin my order that I was informed they were out of coffee. I would have liked to have been informed PRIOR to ordering and paying. And when Chloe told me they were out of coffee, I was asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I decided I’d try the horchata. Well she asked if I wanted strawberry or something else. I said I’m sorry I want horchata. She gave attitude and said well do you want strawberry or the other thing. At that point I stated I just want a refund. I had encountered two sour customer service experiences with Chloe in a week and decided I did not want to give my money to someone or a business who is going to treat me with such attitude. Read moreI really love going here, but the past few times I have ordered pickup from Grub Hub, the employees have not made the drink correctly. For example, I ordered a drink and asked for the boba to be replaced with the fruit poppers - I received a drink with boba AND fruit poppers. My most recent order was one of the coffee drinks and I asked for the coffee jelly to be removed and I paid extra to have fruit poppers in the second drink - when I picked up the order the coffee jelly was still there and the fruit poppers were missing. I think the issue is that this place is understaffed. The employees are definitely being overworked, almost every time I pickup an order there are at MOST two employees even though there are at least two or three other customers. I can't really fault them for missing the notes when they're understaffed and busy. This review is specifically for corporate and the greedy head honchos. As a consumer, I would really appreciate my drink to be made correctly, and I understand and realize that will only happen when there are more people that are able to focus on specific duties. Placed an order of Queen Taro, we know that Taro boba is one of the famous flavoured i. A boba tea. first of all i waited for 10-15 mins for a simple 1 taro boba to make, the woman with the black attire who made was busy clearing and cleaning, going back and forth working on something else, I have been watching her the entire 10 mins, after she cleared and done all her worked, then she made my taro boba, so it was a bad start, after she made the boba and handed it to me I’ve noticed the colour of the taro boba was so pale and deluded to much with coconut milk, tasted it on my way back, and it was the worst taro boba I had, hardly tasted the taro flavoured neither vanilla and coconut flavoured, It’s was very watery and unsweetened. I just wonder if all franchise tasted the same, will try another bubble bee elsewhere and see if this is consistent with other franchise.
