UPDATE: The very professional PUBLIC response to this review is really quite interesting after the people at the nail lounge have texted and called me since this review berating me and trying to guilt me into taking it down or else every single person there would lose their jobs and it would be solely my fault. They did agree to refunding me half but then when I walked in to get it they held the money “hostage” until I agreed to take the review down. What a wildly inappropriate and unprofessional group of people there. I’m not kidding, find literally anywhere else to go.

I’m actually quite sad because I’ve been here a lot and loved their pedicures. I heard they got new owners or management and it truly shows.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been here a few times and my experiences have been alright, but today was horrible. The guy doing my pedicure and manicure was so rude and didn’t even really give me the service I wanted. I had to keep asking him if he was going to do the next step of the pedicure and manicure and his responses were so rude. He was sighing and giving me excuses why he wasn’t shaping my nails, putting on a top coat, doing the lotion and massage. When the girl at the front asked me if I was going to tip him and I said no because of my terrible experience, she said “oh well that’s just his personality. I didn’t like it at first but that’s how he jokes around. Some people love it and some don’t.” So I guess being a jerk can just be someone’s “personality” now? I’ll be finding a new nail place, so if anyone has any suggestions let me know. Also, I’m mad I even paid for the services because they don’t look very good either. Just go anywhere...

I had been a regular customer at this nail salon for months before an unfortunate incident occurred. During one of my visits, I noticed unclean tools being used, which raised concerns about the salon's hygiene practices. To make matters worse, I eventually developed a painful infection and fungus on my left big toe nail. It was such an uncomfortable and painful experience that I had to have the nail removed. I also found it concerning that, when discussing my situation with the staff, I was informed that other clients were facing similar issues. One month later, I'm still dealing with the consequences of this infection. I am incredibly disappointed with this experience, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I strongly urge anyone considering booking at this salon to exercise caution.

In response to the owner: I asked Michelle when she was taking off my nail polish what the fungus was and what it was from, and she brushed off my question. She mentioned that many of her clients had it. After she finished with my nails, I was alarmed to see her use the same tools on the next guest without cleaning them. The very next day, my toe became incredibly swollen, and it eventually led to my toenail falling off due to an infection and fungal issue. I had no choice but to visit the doctor and spend hundreds of dollars to have my toenail surgically removed. In addition to the medical expenses, I had already paid the salon $100 for the pedicure. I am extremely disappointed with the salon's lack of care in cleaning their tools, as it has caused me a significant amount of money and...

Super disappointed with my services. The lady whose name I won’t mention was extreme rude to me. For example, during my nail services I asked for a full set with French. She proceeded to give me a dip manicure and when I asked her if she was adding fake nails she said “ I didn’t need it” and proceeded to continue the service and I had to stop and say “no I would like fake nails” she was very upset with me as she has to practically start over..she then asked about the length of my nails and there was an issue with that also. Not even kidding you the lady sitting next to me also getting a service done jumped in and stuck up for me because of how rude my nail tech was.. my lady laughed when I told her I wanted a sqoval nail shape..like who does that?

Overall it was beyond brutal sitting there and honestly I wanted to get up several times and walk out.

I left with a smile on my face and paid and tipped well as I wasn’t wasting another second in that salon complaining about what happened after 2 1/2 hours I was done lol

I ended up going straight to my regular nail salon right after I left and had them redo and fix everything…even my pedicure which was also horrendous and won’t even get started on that.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my gosh…this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in 30 years and only went to this location due to the location of my mothers house and she recommended. You’ve...
