I pulled into drive through and ordered 3 Jax pax 2 chicken 1 burger no catsup.. 2 sprites 1 coke. Girl at window said to pull around front and we did. She came out shortly with our food. She went to hand us our bags and dropped 1. She picked it up off the rain soaked parking lot and handed it to me . My daughter grabbed that bag and said food looked ok. We just put that food in dry bag and left My grandson ate his on the way to gym. We dropped him off and came home to eat. We opened our bags and it was 2 burgers and 2 sprites. No chicken sand and no coke. I called store and told girl that answered phone our order was wrong and why. She said she packed it and it should be right. I agreed and said yes it should have been but there was 1 chicken sand not 2. There was catsup on both burgers and 3 sprites not 2 and 1 coke. She told me I was wrong and I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with her as she was talking to me like she wanted to fight me. I asked when the mgrs would be in she snapped back I am the mgr. I go to this job once or twice a week and have always seen a man with Mgr. badge on. She snapped back , bring it back and I'll remake it. I'm sorry.... Judging by her phone attitude I was thinking she'd spit in our food or worse! I ended the call, choosing to call Corp the next day. It has now been five days since I called Corp told the associate my situation. I was told it would be 3 to 4 days, I'm still waiting. No one has called yet. I've been using JITB since I was 11. I'm now 70. This is the first time I've ever complained. Everyone makes mistakes but you don't talk to your customers like she talked to me.    Read moreDrive thru employees are nice but we always get asked to wait in the front of the parking lot where we end up waiting 5-10 min for our food. All we order is 4 tacos and nobody else is in line, only a few customers inside. Why not get our food right away like all the other JITB locations? đ€đ€đ€

We have been here a few times since and have learned to just accept that they will always take forever, but today takes the cake! I decided to be proactive and order online ahead of time for pick up. Easy, took 3 minutes and said it would be ready in 7 minutes. 9 minutes later I show up and there are 4 gentlemen working. One at the window (white guy w facial hair). Another gentleman making sandwiches (hispanic, 40s/50s). The other 2 gentleman however are standing there chatting it up as I stand at the order counter looking right at them. 3 minutes later he acknowledges me and I tell him my order pick up name (skinny white kid, no facial hair). Suddenly his chatting pal (shorter, darker fellow) looks panicked and starts making my tacos. So long for 7 minutes. I stand and wait, and wait, and wait more as I watch him make my tacos. 14 min later a lady w 3 kids comes in, she turns out to be the register kid's mom. He takes her order of food for the family and only charges her $2.83. 5 min later he brings mom her food as I'm STILL waiting for my food that should have been ready 16 min earlier. Taco kid then puts all of my tacos in bags and then nobody touches them for another 5 minutes.    Read morePlanned on eating dinner inside the restaurant. Once inside, placed our order. And then started to look for a place to sit and eat. EVERY table was filthy. Started looking at the floor and there was food and trash all over. Went to get my soda and the interior was dirty and moldy. No straws but wrappers were all over the condiment table which was ok as there werenât any. Because of the front of the store conditions I started looking at the food prep area. Wasnât any better. Ask representative to make our order to go at that point. I should have looked inside the bag before leaving. The hamburgers looked like somebody had stomped on them, the buns were hard a broken into pieces. I paid for pickles, note use of plural word, $.15 extra and I got one (1) pickle. Ask for no salt on the fryâs. Because they were so hard and nearly burnt my guess is they just threw some old fries back in the grease to try to remove any salt taste. Had to ask the manager (?) twice for straws. Didnât appear to understand English very well. After finishing the mess in the bag I threw all of it away and filed a complaint with Jack in the Box customer service. Received two emails from customer service, first one stating I would be contacted by the store owner. Three days later received another email from customer service asking if I had been contacted. I replied NO and resubmitted my contact info. Fast food is too expensive for this kind of service. I would recommend going elsewhere since this company doesnât care about...
