Starbucks — Restaurant in Gilbert

When people buy overpriced coffee, we expect customer service not only good quality of coffee. because there are better quality of coffee places out there, I expected a little of curtesy and customer service. I ordered 4 drinks, little less than 20 bucks worth. And he said in a rude tone, "we need to charge you for milk on the side" when I asked for milk on the side for one hot drink out of 4. Really? I just paid your products worth more than 6 gallons of milk! How about I just don't buy here or starbucks at all. And hey, if I wanted it in, I wouldn't have asked for milk on the side. Use your brain sometimes and be nice to your customers. I have never had problem with other regualr starbucks places as I go all over places for work including the one that next to my home. Worst service ever… and it wasn’t even me in line shower was helping. The lady taking orders didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She needed to get a manager to void transactions and that took awhile for someone to come. She told the customer in front of me that she can’t use a credit card which resulted in the void. Then when that customer asked about the gift card, she said she didn’t know if it went through or not but that it looks like it but doesn’t know and to call a certain number. Then when I get to the front she said that it will take 10-15 minutes because she reset her register…. Or she doesn’t know but probably 10-15 minutes… meanwhile the line has grown to 5 people in line. She was incompetent. Cmon Starbucks… I expect...

First time ordering from this store. First they didn’t know how to make a regular vanilla cream cold brew and had to remake mine. When they remade it, I had to tell them how to make it. The only things I added extra were cold foam on top and 2 shots. Very simple. When my drink was remade, she forgot my 2 shots that I paid for. I didn’t have the time or patience to have her make it for a 3rd time. This isn’t the first time a Starbucks in a store didn’t know how to make a regular menu drink.
