I went inside the store to buy something and I could not find it there was a Hispanic People in there shopping the Hispanic workers there was asking them did they need help finding anything but no one at all never asked me did I need any help looking for anything I found that to be disrespectful and very unprofessional and rude as employees at that store and I was in one of the rows looking at some items and one of the Hispanic workers had the nerve to be watching me to see if I was going to steal and still he did not ever ask me if I needed any help Save Lot was way Better than that store at least Save a lot employees treated there customers way better than that HISPANIC STORE which I would not ever spend my money there ever again employees at stores need more training on how to treat there customers especially if you are a AFRICAN AMERICAN people so I rate that store a Negative 1 for service and horrible...

I bought what looked like a good seeded watermelon and I ended up throwing half of that away. You really need to watch what you buy here. Everything is not fresh and the grocery carts are dirty. The one at 5901 Independence Avenue is better. The corn tortillas are fresher and don't stick together and on the paper wrapper. I did find some good bargains on the eggs and on the chicken and discada taco meat at the meat counter. *Don't buy anything that's marinated.

This being said, there are some issues that are apparent and shouldn't be for an established grocer.
Cooked chicken wings are stored between two raw meats in the meat counter. Definitely look at exp dates, some are within a day and need to be eaten or frozen quickly. Prices are hit and miss sometimes they're listed sometimes not. Brown locally sourced eggs have been as low as $5.50. I understand supply and demand but if they went up to $7.99 it should be marked somewhere. Initially their tres leches (which I buy weekly) was 11.99 and had a whole strawberries on top. Now they are 13.99 and have half or sometimes even a 1/3 of one dispersed on top.
