Vanessa was my stylist. Once I explained what type of services I normally receive she said what type of styles she performs. She mainly does locs styles it seems. She's good at using a electric razor. She twisted my hair once. Nothing special. Another time I showed a picture of a braided up do. She said she could do, so I booked an appointment. For the service she was asking other stylist to use there tools as she wasn't prepared. She rushed through my hair and it looked like it. I heard her say she needed to get tires today. The shop was full and I wasn't comfortable telling her I didn't like the style. I paid and left. When I got home I texted her. She was upset and she doesn't handle constructive criticism well. she offered my money back and then changed her mind. I messaged the owner and got no reply....

I used to love this place and the people are very nice. I have to give this place a 1 star. Vanessa was my best stylist but she removed the men braids for appointment. None of the other clients couldn't work my schedule. I always had much love and respect for this place. I'm at a new salon which is much better and the stylist can work my schedule. I wish all the staff very well because you had lost a good loyal client and I'm doing my business...

She cares about healthy hair and is constantly mastering new techniques and processes to best help her clients reach hair goals. The shop is perfectly located.
