This is a tough review for me to write because I LOVE their pizza. I have never had anything else on their menu but their pizza is truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my opinion. But the other reviews that talk about the customer service was spot on. I've gone in there and had no problem with the staff but several times have been a nightmare and the last time was about six months ago and I swore I'd never go in there again for how I was treated. I ordered a pizza and a 20oz bottled drink on grubhub. When I ordered online they did not list all of their drink options so I just chose one but when I got there I wanted to get a different drink. Same size though. The cashier told me that I had to get the exact drink that I ordered and I tried explaining to her that not all the drinks were listed as options online, but she didn't care and told me that she already knew that but she was just going by policy. So I go back to the drink cooler only to find that there were no 20oz Sprites which is what I ordered. They only had 16oz. I told the lady that and she got an attitude and said "Fine. Just get the other one." In order for a company to be that strict and ridiculous on policy and prices they need to make sure that they have all their ducks in a row first before making a fool of themselves. I refuse to support a company that will get an attitude when a customer expects to receive what they paid for. So like I said, I'll find pizza elsewhere because I will never go back to...
Read moreIt pains me to write this review. I’m a weekly customer (10911Lon) and always enjoyed my food. I always try to tip my delivery person at least $5 regardless, and I’m just ordering for myself. This weekend I convinced 3 other people to try Rapid Pizza. My order was $65 plus a $7 tip and we picked up the order. I got home and wasn’t satisfied with the food . The chicken sub was salty and pizza didn’t taste like the previous order. I immediately called Rapid Pizza to voice my dissatisfaction in a pleasant way. The young lady who answered the phone wasn’t helping she was very dismissive . I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was to busy. It wasn’t until I informed her I was going to write a review that she located the owner(?) this person informed me there was nothing he could do. I wasn’t looking for a refund or replacing the whole order. I felt like they were saying you took it home, it’s not my problem. They offered no resolution. I gave the sub to my dog and pizza still in the refrigerator. I will miss my small pizza, fries and coke. I will miss that occasional fried calamari, angus burger. I will no longer support businesses that don’t treat regular customers like I was their only customer and have no regard for my opinion or judgement. I would consider myself an expert in the area. I was in sales and turned $300,000 book of accounts into over $900,000 with 90% cold calling.

Read moreSince Apollo's closed (which I'm still sad about), I've been trying to find a non-chain pizza place that makes me happy again. Looking at the photos of the pizza here, I didn't think this was the answer, but the reviews convinced me to try it out.
I placed my order via the Slice app, waited the 30 minutes it said, and went to get my order (3 pizzas & several sides), only to be met with blank stares when I told them I was there for my order. Turns out they don't ensure their online orders are actually retrieved and made. Older reviews speak of this issue, and it seems that's still true. He said he'd get the order ready in 15 minutes, so I went on a quick ride around the area and came back after ~15 minutes, and got my order after another 5-10 minutes. At no point did they acknowledge the issue with fulfilling the order or just apologize, but whatever, stuff happens.
If the food was good, all would be forgiven!
Sadly, the food was just "okay." I felt like the pizza had too much sauce (a common problem), the crust was tough, and the cheese was not very high quality. The white pizza was super salty and not very flavorful. Overall, the food was fine, but not good enough to make me think I'll give them a...
