Bay Jewelers is literally the best jewelry store I have ever been to. Jamal and his staff’s customer service is absolutely exceptional. I went there unsure looking for an engagement ring and did not know what to expect. Jamal never rushed me to make a decision and literally let me take my time. Before I entered his store, my experience was being rush, impatience, and just trying to make a dollar. None of that mattered to Jamal. That was the one element that was clear and I immediately went to purchase my ring and boy was it a beauty. Jamal communicated with me every step of the way and each and every time I called he answered. I just recently went to buy my weeding band and my fiancé and I were treated like family. Do not go to any other Jewelry store. Bay Jeweler's is it. Bay Jewelers has been a complete blessing to me and my family. I highly recommend Bay Jewelers and am thankful that I met Jamal and his entire staff. This place is 101% ridiculous. I went to this store before a year ago to check a engagement ring for my fiancé. They were unable to provide me on the date they promised me to. Later, I refused to get it because my engagement already passed out and I have to get from another place in a hurry. The man working there asked to check my credit score if I qualify or not and then send my credit details to the synchrony bank without letting me know. The debt collectors are forcing me to do the settlement of $1800.00 for the item I haven't received. This is totally scam what they are doing to the costumers. If this store didn't try to do the settlement with the debt collectors I will seek some help from police. I highly suggest anyone not to go there and stay away from...

My better half recently purchased an engagement ring here. The ring is beautiful but he was told the ring would appraise for a certain amount above what he paid and actually it appraised for less. They let him think he was getting a good deal and really they ripped him off. He was given papers that said the ring was x amount of karate in gold but stamped in another amount. We purchased from this establishment because we believe in helping small businesses but now regret it. We are going to have the ring appraised by yet another jeweler to see what the have to say..
