Great teriyaki spot in a dying mall. Not many places left in the small food court here. But of the ones that are sticking it out, this may be the best. They certainly have my favorite teriyaki out of all the other local establishments around here. And others must think so to as they almost always have a line of folks waiting on their food.
Little things that put them over the top for me are the crispy bits of meat off the grill. They keep it at a high temperature to sear in the flavors. Generous servings too. Add an extra portion of meat to your order and you almost can't close the lid on the container. Great flavor in their sauce too. Service is always quick and efficient.
It may be a sign of the times that they have started charging significantly more for add-ons like the little cups of Yum-Yum sauce and such. But at any rate I do hope this place out-lives the mall they are in and can secure a spot in...
