Not sure if it was the owner or an employee but had pink hair but anyways been wanting to stop and check out this shop for a while now and we were on our way there when a car sped past from behind us cutting in front of us and then pointing for us to go in the other lane lol well we ignore it and continued to go into the parking lot well I guess the worker with the pink hair was in that car lol and she got out of her car stairing at us all wide eyed and threw her hands up in the air at us so I rolled my window down and she proceeded to yell at us saying can I help you and and yelling saying I work here and you followed after I went pass you and I tried to tell her that we where just coming to shop at this store literally been wanting to for a while and she was like oh thought u followed me and I was like ummmm no that wasn’t it at all well we went to get out the car and she was like well I’m not opening till 10 so u can wait. So ultimately decided we definitely don’t want to support this business cause the awful attitude and unprofessional behavior...

Shopped here for probably 3 yrs so lots of money invested. Loved the prices and owner was always kind. However I no longer will shop here or do lives even. There is an employee I believe her name is Julie who multiple times treated me so bad its unreal. The attitude was literally insane...from being told I could not have what I paid for, that she didn't know what to tell me, taking items from my hands forcefully saying they were not for sale, to informing me that her and the owner are best friends so I didn't need to contact her it's too damn much. The attitude is unreal and uncalled for, shopping for crystals is suppose to be a vibe. Not a stressful, anxiety of being verbally assaulted one. Her attitude will ruin this business it's so sad. I stopped shopping there and then recently started again just to regret it. I don't want anyone else to be treated as I did and have that experience so please spend your money and time...

Jules & Justine are simply the kindest people you’ll ever meet. My daughters & I have been going to the shop for years and look forward to every single visit. The vibe is so calm and inviting, the inventory is always changing and it’s a safe space where creativity and individuality is encouraged. I recently took my best friends daughter with me to their journaling event that they hosted and it was a beautiful time of sharing that was so uplifting to the soul that the teen I took said she’d never forget it. Giving teens a space to come to and feel accepted AND that’s hosted for free is something you just can’t find in the Ohio Valley. Thank you ladies for all you do.
