If I could give this doctor a zero, I would. Extremely unprofessional and negligent. It is a combination of miscommunication with the staff team and her incompetence to follow-through and read files beforehand. To give you a picture of what occurred, the blood pressure was taken three times by three different people. Twice the numbers came within points of each other and when Dr. Urrutia took it it magically dropped 30 points and was within normal range. Red flag! Either someone does not know how to take blood pressure properly OR she should have sent the patient to the hospital IMMEDIATELY since his blood pressure was dropping so quickly (it was brushed off and she did not see this as a problem - going from 150/85 to 125/70 within 5 minutes is a problem). The last comment made by Dr. Urrutia during the consultation is "I have other patients to see". Very unprofessional. I worry for the patients that are under her care. I have many other complaints about her negligence and incompetence from ONE SINGLE appointment. This will be reported to the medical board. Needless to say, we are no longer...

Im sorry but she didn’t realized that the paper work my doctor had gave me was over and she kept insisting that I was Prediabetic she didn’t understand how to look for other information in the computer. I mean she was acting kind of crazy so I cannot give her a number five I’ll give her number three so next year and when I have to go for my stress test, I will not go to that place anymore. I will find another place because when I left from there, I was completely terrified because she was telling me stuff that was all from 2016 and stuff like that and I did not appreciate coming out from one place when I suffer from anxiety and depression that I was gonna come out of there worse than when I came in. I just need a medical clearance so I’m waiting for my stress test to get done and I will not go back no more...

Saw the dr on 9/14 because i was having shooting pains in my temples since Sunday and my blood pressure dropped from 152/114 in 2 days to 112/88 and 1 time 97/84 and she wrote more blood pressure scripts. Mind you i have renal stenosis and severe back pain as well but she seemed too busy on Wednesday to listen to my problems. i felt i wasn't heard and that she was backed up with patients so i couldn't get the proper treatment. She basically said my renal stenosis ultrasound from 18 months ago didn't show enough blockage to get a stent. How does she no that didn't change in 18 months and how do you know my head pain is not a sign of an aneurysm. Stop trying to make me take drugs for everything and find the root cause. I'm now in the process of finding a new cardiologist after being a patient...
