Glenfield Park — Attraction in Montclair

I love this park. It's spacious, it has plenty of things to do for the children such as a fairly new playground, volleyball net, basketball court, and baseball field, there are grills, and plenty of trees to keep cool. The downside is there are way too many mosquitos and ants, and the restrooms close too early. The porta potties are always smelly and dirty, so when I know we'll be there past the time the restrooms will be closed, I bring my gloves, cleaning supplies, and air freshener to clean it up. It is a nice park. It is multiple sections. It has a kids play area. It has a community center. It has a playing/practice area for young children which is partially fenced. It has a small fenced stadium 🏟️ as well with a nice score board. Good amount of road parking spots are available around. Few parking spots are present in front of community center as well. I like this park. I often come here with my nephews and take them for a nice little stroll. There have been a few time where it seemed a little sketchy to be in this park, but that was towards the night.
