The driver was very pleasant and thorough in his communication over the phone and offered a very affordable rate for the towing service. On the day of the scheduled pickup, he arrived early and was very efficient. Once we arrived at the desired location, the driver had to navigate some tight areas in order to finally drop off the vehicle, but did so with a professional and positive attitude. My other half while driving from the valley to Whittier to pick up family the car broke down. Unable to start it, I called several tow companies and they were unavailable except Blitz Towing. They were very courteous, quick and where on site within 30 mins.
