Gym is 24/7 and it's pretty solid.

Only downsides is depending on what time you go it can be really busy. Not much you or the business can do can so this is more of a note. Mostly Monday-Friday from 4pm-9pm are the times I find the gym most busy making machines/equipment rarely impossible. You may just have to wait/stalk a piece of equipment depending on what it is. That said, it's generally mostly the upper body machines, free weights and cardio equipment (not cinema area) that is taken and I've never had a problem finding open ab & lower body machines or cardio equipment in the cinema. And sometimes nobody will be in the squat racks or bench areas if you want to do barbell exercises.

That being said, Mornings, lunch times and weekends these problems are alleviated and there is always have room in the parking lot with open access to equipment, machines, and weights of your choosing.

Good news is no matter the time, the cinema room always has room which is nice for cardio reasons. Treadmills, stair Masters, ellipticals and racing bikes. I see them mop and sweep this area frequently which is cool. Everyday there's a new movie and you can find the schedule on the EOS application (which you use to boop in at front door). Sometimes the movies can get out of sync with the audio and the video but the lag/delay is hit or miss and in most cases not bad.

There is also a small daycare inside which I haven't taken advantage of yet but I've heard it's a nice place to have your kids play while you workout.

I cannot comment on the pool area or the water massage rooms as I haven't taken advantage of it yet.

Basketball courts are back open. Do note that the water fountain near this area is questionable to use as I've seen players run out and put their mouth up to the faucets meant for water bottles then run back in. I've also seen workers clean these water fountains as well but I now choose to use the water fountains on the other side of the gym.

There is a big workout area with classes where you can register and attend but I've never been to one of the classes. So if you like group workouts then this is for you.

Overall, the quality of exercise equipment is solid. All machines are all in functional order and maintained well. One day I saw the curl machine arm pad had rips in it and within a week or so it was replaced with a brand new pad on it. You will see workers every now and again wiping down machines, unracking weights, picking up dumbbells and spraying items down with chemicals and wiping with a washcloth. The workers keep the gym from turning into chaos.

The coaching sessions are about $80/month to meet weekly for 30minutes and the coaches are high quality. It does come with a contract period so be aware of that. The coaches will bring you to a private area called "the cave" and work you out back there. Sometimes if the coach books back to back seasons you may start and end a bit late. This is absolutely the worst eos I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to 3 different locations and all have been very nice friendly staff. This staff felt like a bunch of mean privileged highschool children. First off every time I’ve been to an eos and brought a guest it’s a simple 5 minute process on an iPad. However this one had me do a liability form which I understand is policy but when I had questions about why my cousin had to do it I received rude feedback from a tall man with a mustache. Not to mention he was standing so close to me I could smell his body oder. Then there was a problem with the bathrooms being filthy (no toilet paper, dirty mirrors, dirty counters, toilet paper on the floor) We addressed the operations manager & he started an argument about how he’s understaffed and that it’s a big gym and busy. However the gym I go to is larger and constantly packed about 5x worse than this eos and that bathroom is kept spotless. As a manager I know that I don’t make excuses for myself or employees. So the fact that excuses were even made is ridiculous. All he needed to say was okay I’ll get it taken care of thank you for letting me know. There was no need for him to argue with us about it. Then the fitness manager and general manager approached us. They threatened to report my boyfriend (who works at another eos) because he alerted the OM (who’s job is to make sure the gym is clean) that the bathrooms were dirty. They said he was being rude and that he can’t speak to other workers that way. However I watched the operations manager start the argument and my boyfriend was defending himself. All he was doing was trying to help the company be better. I’m overall just disappointed because I know if the general manager and other managers cared about customer experiences non of this would’ve happened. I feel that the staff cared more about their feelings and not getting blamed for their own faults than how the customers feel in their gym. They should be taking pride in how their gym looks to others. My boyfriend works 8 hour shifts at the front desk by himself and keeps the bathrooms clean and customers happy. While they had 15 employees at front desk talking not doing their jobs saying that they’re understaffed and can’t have someone manage their bathrooms. I would like to contact whoever is in a higher position than them. They should not be managers if they can’t deal with customers concerns. Not to mention when we left all the staff was staring at laughing at us. That’s not okay at all. I won’t be coming back to this eos ever and I hope they don’t treat everyone with the same disrespect they treated me & my family with.

I have been a member for nearly three years. When I first joined, the facilities were well-stocked, clean, and customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality has since declined. Machines are often down for long periods, items aren’t being restocked, and customer service has become subpar.

In September, I canceled my membership due to my husband’s back surgery. I was told the cancellation would take effect on October 17th, with a final charge of $23.66. When we decided to return, my husband signed us up for a family plan. However, I couldn’t log into the app with my new membership. Despite contacting the front desk three times, I was told to keep using my old membership. They gave me an email address for support, but no one responded.

The bigger issue is that my old membership was never properly canceled. Our account was charged $82.30 for the old membership, and we were also charged $82.30 for the new family plan. When I raised this with the front desk, they said the charge was “pending” and to return if it went through.

Once the charge went through, my husband and I returned and were given a third-party billing number. We spoke to Earl, a supervisor at ABC Billing, who said he needed approval from EOS to issue the refund. The front desk assured us they would email the manager, but when we followed up the next day, no email had been sent.

Later, I received a promotional text from Quinlan. When I explained the issue, he initially focused on pitching a new family plan that would save us $2. After letting him pitch, he promised to refund the money but said he needed approval from his district manager (DM). He later confirmed the DM’s approval and said the refund would appear in our account within 3 to 5 business days. However, today is day six, and we still haven’t received the refund.

I sent Quinlan a screenshot of the account with the charge still deducted but have not received a response. I’ve been extremely patient, but I feel I now need to escalate this. I’m hoping this review will get someone’s attention. If not, I will have no choice but to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General’s Office.

Update: I have emailed the owner and have not received a reply. I have filed a complaint with BBB and EOS has not responded to them as well. My account is still canceled, but shows that I am going to have to pay $30. I can’t even get a hold of anyone so that I don’t end up in collections because we canceled the card attached to the account to ensure they wouldn’t miss handle their finances and deduct from our account...
