I've been debating writing this review because I don't like writing negative ones. However, this has been bothering me since it happened months ago. I had ordered 3 birria tacos with consome along with other items for my husband and kids. We got their food, but I only got 1 of 3 tacos I ordered and no consome. I live less than 5 minutes from this place so I didn't check until I had gotten home. I went back right away as they did not answer their phone, however I was basically told there was nothing they could do. The supervisor said he was too busy to handle it because he was training 2 people and the girl in front said she could see about getting it refunded. I never did get my approx $10 worth of food. It was paid for with my husband's card so I didn't see if it actually got refunded. We checked for a week and then stopped after that. I have never had this experience with any of the local restaurants so this was pretty upsetting. On top of that, my husband's tacos were lackluster. I did get a text from them telling me to come claim my "free" taco, but it's not free if I never did receive what I paid for. Moral of the story, if you decide to order from this place, portions are small and check your food before you step...

“AUTHENTIC STREET TACOS”

I don’t know what’s worse—waiting almost an hour for food that was apparently just sitting there, or the fact that when my boyfriend finally walked up to ask about it, they said they thought they were waiting for a pick up order??... Call it what you want, but it sure felt like we were being purposefully ignored for no reason. We weren’t rude, we waited patiently, and yet somehow we ended up with the cold shoulder.

Then, to top it off, the food was subpar at best. Seriously, how does a taco place manage to make tacos so… disappointing? The “WTF” signage on the walls might be clever for Instagram, but it certainly doesn’t make up for the lack of quality in both the food and service. If this franchise is going to survive, they need to realize that spending more on quality ingredients and making sure customers get their money’s worth of food is far more important than flashy signs and a catchy vibe.

The limes randomly thrown in the bag… it’s like they were looking for a bad review.

It’s really a shame, because with a little more effort, this place could have been great. As it stands? Not...

First off this place the music was way to loud and you couldn’t hear yourself think. Then we ordered all of what was on my receipt But they messed the order up and didn’t put two orders of Carne Asada Taco on my order so I had to sit and watch my group eat there food why I was out as I refuse to spend anymore money then $80 dollars. This place is a rip off and there is no value for your money. WARRING DONT NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

On top of it there flyer they gave me has 4 tacos and they only serve 3 tacos per plate and they have a coupon that they will not let you use for a free taco til your next

Right before I left I asked for a corporate number, and the manager came up to speak to me has no customer service skills said that they were a franchise that he didn’t make the prices and there was nothing he could basically do. The manager refused to give me the corporate number.

**PS 09/11 Who do I get a hold of as I called the store and I was treated badly to day on 09/11 after getting your response? I Tried to Find A Corporate Number And Could...

First off, any place that's going to let me get french fries and a burrito as a combo is a win in my book. Ramen was tasty, salty and spicy like it should be. Nice to have a place that has a good flavor in the neighborhood. I usually like to go twice before I review just to get a more rounded experience. Strange that there's only good reviews and bad reviews. I know places can be hit or miss but I find you usually get what you give in situations, In saying that I've been here when the AC was out and I still had a good experience. I will agree Taco place should always have a budget option and the prices aren't the best but I don't get people complaining about not getting the sauce. They give you a squeeze bottle for your table! All in all, taco places are this generation's hamburger stands. There's a lot of them and they have to do something to stand out, this place is trying to stand out by being a hip cool birria ramen place when it should focus on these burritos that was the best thing!
