Wow! So I have been going to the new location on Happy Valley and lake pleasant now for about 4 months. Spent a solid 600 dollars and have the receipts to prove so. In January my wife bought herself a new Kangertech Emow Mega vapor cigarette for $95.00. About 2 weeks later she was having issues with the tank being stuck closed and not opening as well leaking liquids. So she went back and explained to the nice guy the issue and he told her to dry it off and then twist and been in their 2 more times. Then today as we tried to get the tank off it broke at the bottom. Went to the store and the guy has seen us mutiple times about this issue and we had enough. Asked him to replace it and swap it out with a different one. He then called his boss and we could hear him in the background saying "absolutely not, we can't do anything for the customer after the 30 day warranty." But we went in with this concern within 30 days and told us to keep trying it out. It is the worst service I've ever had. After showing this guy how much we have spent in very little time and he was not willing to take the hit on his very inexpensive product. We went to the vapor smoke shop on lake pleasant and deer valley and they are awesome and less expensive . Would definitely recommend that location. Will NEVER...

I’ve been purchasing from these businesse for about 10 years now. I used to live just down the street and it was very convenient and they stocked a variety of flavors. I moved six years ago and although it was considerably farther away I still made the drive. Not sure what’s happening with this place on a business level but the last 6 months I’ve driven all the way over at 1pm to find the place locked up, no sign, nothing. When I returned the next day and mentioned it they just dismissed it as they probably just had to step out with no consideration of my time. About a month ago I went in looking for usually blend (Turkish), they were out of the 60ml so they kindly gave me 2 (30ml) for the price of the 60. I went in last Monday and they were out again (or still out). I went in yesterday (3-10-25) and there out again or still out with no explanation of when or if it’s coming in. Well, I can only assume at this point my business is not that important so I guess I’ll have to find...
