Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Glendale

This place is new so I hope training is still happening. I stopped for father's day, my husband loves Dutch Bros. Favorite drink is, layered golden eagle. (LAYERED) We get this at every DR'S we go to. 83 & Thunderbird (both locations), Scottsdale, Mesa. But the girl at this location had no clue. She said, "I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're asking for." She never heard what I was asking for. It's disappointing because we were so excited to have a DR'S so close to home. Management/Owner, PLEASE, PLEASE, teach your staff how to make layered golden eagles. ........................................................... Update* 6/21/25 Thank you so much for responding and taking action. Today my husband stopped for drinks. I asked for a blended golden eagle because I was sure if it was going to be the same as last time. Last review was 3, today is 5!! My husband came home with my blended and his LAYERED golden eagle. NOAH and DONNER(the manager) helped me today and words cannot express how truly SWEET these two individuals are! Noah helped me pick my drink. We spoke briefly and I couldn’t be happier with our conversation! Gave me hope knowing there are still genuinely good people that exist, like Noah. Total sweetheart! Also, Donner is an absolute doll! She made my day and was so generous! She is a very sweet and thoughtful individual too. Overall, my drink was super yummy, my dog was thrilled to get a pup cup but the best part were the people I met. Noah and Donner(the manager) are incredibly kind! To whom it may concern

I come to this location almost on a daily. I come so much there are employees who already know my order when I pull up. It’s unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate to have to sit in the driveway and wait in this Arizona summer heat because an employee cannot stop conversing to a customer , it is absolutely ridiculous. I watched as both the customer and employee look at me the customer asked should I go and the employee say no he can wait it’s okay and continues talking. Mind you myself and the other customer both paid at the same time. I got refund and I will no longer be a paying customer to this establishment. To any management that cares please coach your staff on quality customer service, So as others are not subjected to this...
